Hvorfor har jeg ikke købt den før. Selvom jeg laver smykker er det fantastisk at have en død flade til bearbejdning af metaller. Prisbillig og har de funktioner som den skal. Jeg har højglanspoleret den efterfølgende til ædle metaller og smykker.

Bought it in August, 2026. 25 pounds. Came quick with free shipping by courier. Decent quality. Instructions say you should fasten it down for safety but it doesn't have any bolt holes in the base. It does just fit in the 4 3/4" opening of my bench vise, so problem solved. I'm happy with the purchase.

I have to admit i was sceptic about using an 11,5kg (approx. 25,35 pounds) anvil for forging anything. But to my surprise, it does actually work for forging! i have mainly used it to build knifes. the hollow square allows for punctures and the ocassional twist of a small damascus bar. And lately i have been working jewelry pieces, and this anvil is right at home on that field!
The round horn is very versatile as well. Also, i have to mention that, despite leaving the anvil on the outside for a few months because of a mistake, and having rained non-stop, it obviously got some rust, but with just a metallica brush and some oil it was back as new!
All in all, a very very good buy. Only sad part is, now I wish i could get my hands on the 60kg (132 pounds) anvil to use for the forge, and use this little fella for jewelry!
