What an absolutely terrible design for the water bottles how exactly is it that you get the water bottle back onto the incubator mid run without spilling all the water out before it gets screwed back on you didn't think maybe a valve would be helpful

Motor quit shortly after purchasing, so it doesn't turn to add water for humidity. They wouldn't replace. Cus service is foreigners and horrible. Two days just to respond.

It keeps right humidity if you only fill center section and keep the drawer cracked. Refill every 12 hours, sometimes more often, so keep an ear for alarm at all times. Of course it's humidity has dropped significantly for alarm to go off, so it definitely doesn't keep it climate controlled like other incubators.

impossible de stabiliser la temperature la couveuse passe de 36 a 40 en quelques minute je n ose pas m en servir je pense quelle est defectueuse le service client m a proposé un dedomagement mais comme elle est inutilisable j aimerai la renvoyer et me faire rembourser, par ailleur si il n y avait pas ce probleme de temperature (qui est vraiment crucial pour incuber des oeufs )la couveuse est bien construite et semble solide c est vraiment dommage

Decevant, la couveuse est defectueuse. Apres plusieurs jours d attentes pour un renvoie et remboursement. Toujours rien a part parler a un robot car pas de numero de tel pour s expliquer.

This incubator ruined a huge hatch. It would not hold humidity, alarm would go off pretty much hourly, then during hatching the temp got to 106, and would not drop. Constant alarming all night long.

Já tinha uma incubadora igual, estava muito satisfeito e por isso comprei outra igual, mas esta não tem a qualidade igual. O plástico não tem sequer a resistência necessária. Muito desiludido e insatisfeito, está e ficará guardada num armário.

Do not purchase. All the other ones are better. If you need a 36 egg specifically go somewhere else until they make one with humidity control. Doesn't matter if you have a fan blowing the humidity around when it's 70% to 80% humidity. The room I have all of my incubators has humidity control itself. This incubator has no vent, has a pull out tray sure you'll lose all of the water in that pull out tray in a heartbeat if you attempt to use that as your vent or humidity control.

I believe mine is broken it doesnt heat up i have another thermostat i have taken out one of my tanks cause ik it works and it doesn't matter if i put the temp on 85 or up to 100 it still says temp is about 72 the exact temp i keep the house most of the time
