This is a terrible Incubator. I am highly experienced with incubation, and fell confident saying this is not a good incubator! Why you ask is it bad? 1. You must run a waterline to the water tray for it to keep the humidity at a constant level. Otherwise, you will add water 3 to 4 times per day. Fortunately, I have an incubation/hatching room with water lines, so this was not difficult for me to do. 2.i have incubated in it twice. Both times I put in 320 eggs. By day 10 I had nearly 100 each time with the circle of death. At hatching only about 110 actually hatched. 3. Of the ones that did hatch, 13 got out of the baskets and drowned in the water tray. It does not have a cover nor do the baskets. 4. The fan inside is so strong that it blew some chicks over the side of the basket additionally, the ones that were in that tray were hot and stressed when removed. Save your money! I know that I wasted mine!

Bueno, compré la incubadora de 24 huevos muy contento, pero luego compré la de 12 huevos fatal, dinero tirado con los 2 botes de agua con el máximo que puedes meter, no sube la humedad, apenas a 53-55%. Eso con su lectura aparte, metí otro hidrómetro y este apenas llega a 45-47% de humedad. Contacté con Vevor para darme una solución. Me contestaron que se pondrán en contacto en 24-48 horas y ahí se acabó la atención al cliente. Dinero tirado en incubadora y huevos que me costaron otros 21 euros

Das Gerät kam defekt an. Trotz sofortiger Meldung an den Kundendienst musste ich etwa 3 Wochen auf die Rückerstattung warten, da Vevor nicht fähig war einen Ersatz zu liefern. Auch die Rückerstattung kam erst, nachdem ich über PayPal eine Rückerstattung angefordert habe. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, hier überhaupt irgendetwas zu kaufen, der Kundenservice ist so miserabel: die Antworten lassen ewig auf sich warten und sie geben sich mehr mühe einem abzuwimmeln statt zu helfen.

Do not buy only can put 18 eggs is wrong info about how many come in , only can put eggs with 50gr size which is only form mini hens very very very disapointed

I have a lot of faith in a lot of Vevor products, so I expected this incubator to be the same level of reliability. Unfortunately, it absolutely was not. The incubator has a temperature difference of as much as 5 degrees Fahrenheit from the front to the back of the machine. The humidity from the top to the bottom is off by as much as 10%. I lost **hundreds** of perfectly viable embryos. The only eggs that developed to hatch were the ones in the front two rows of rollers of every level. I lost everything past those first two rows. The ones that did hatch had serious malformations from the fluctuations in temperature and humidity throughout development. I have never had to euthanize any of my chicks before, but had to euthanize several after this hatch due to unsurvivable deformities. If you are in the market for a cabinet incubator, it's time to invest in a GQF or Hatching Time. Don't suffer the same heartbreak I did to save money.
