This incubator had great potential, however it is almost impossible to control the humidity. Even just putting a little bit of water in it rose the humidity level up well beyond 75%. My house is dry and even following directions, it would reach up to 90%, both with and without eggs in it. I wish there was a way to set the humidity, but with this what you get is what you get.

Won't hold humidity lost all 24 eggs. Alarm kept going over because of humidity and more chambers needed to be filled. Only one baby chicken born but died in 24 hours. Terrible customer service. Cannot speak to a live person

Llego dando quebrada la encubadora asi no se puede usar que problema , y ya havia ordenado anteriormente una similar y nunca la entregaron ordene esta y llego dañada quebrada nesesito que me envien otra y el Label para regresarles esta miren la wnvoltura como llego tambien de danada

Setup was easy, directions precise and easy to follow however, the auto drip system didn't work no matter what I did. Consequently, the humidity levels varied greatly i spite of the fact that I constantly checked and made adjustments. None of the eggs fully matured. It was a complete waste of money.

While the price is good, you get what you pay for. The candler light is not bright enough for brown eggs. The humidity is impossible keep steady and it beeps if it’s under 60%. The egg turner does not turn off on Day 18 so you have to open the lid and take out the tray. If your ambient temp isn’t above 70° it must stay in the styrofoam from shipping. Why not just insulate the machine better. But the worst thing is the temperature. While it says it is set to 99.5, it is actually 103-105°. We used three separate thermometers and had the same results with all 3. So our poor chicks didn’t have a chance. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I purchased two of the Egg Incubator. Humidity stays mid to upper 80's. Uncontrollable without leaving both vents wide open, cap off A&B inlet and completely disconnecting water from automatic waterer. Eggs inside Incubator on the right side seem to have a cooler feel to them as the Eggs on the left side of the Incubator, like the heat isn't working right. Ended up unplugging both Incubators setting them in the floor under the table and going back to my GQF GENESIS Incubators.
