Honestly, this was packaged so well, they could’ve tossed it around and nothing would’ve happened to it. I’ve gotten them from three different companies and this was the only one I was able to.Keep. no Quality looks good, but not as good as my first one from them buttons are more flimsy auto shut offs not as good as the first one. The bold does not auto shut off anymore and the little slider right on top is connected to a plastic piece that was all metal before I can see that falling off one day. other than that, I’ve used it twice so far with no issues like the new timer.. after two months i’d like to say that I have the same model I bought about two years ago and it is built much better quality than this one. The motor is so much louder. I never even heard the motor on the last one plastic instead of metal in certain areas, please don’t sacrifice your quality that was a better quality product before.

We bought the 20 qt dough mix the first of July. It arrived very quickly. We have not used it yet because my wife is overwhelmed with the size. I need to get or build a stand on wheels that is 18” high of the floor. I am very happy with everything so far. Thank you Vevor. I will keep shopping for our small business.

Quite happy. The thing is over 100 lbs. It does wiggle a lot with bread dough. I got a metal table and literally bolted it to the wall. That worked well. It NEEDS a sold platform to run on. The instructions are next to useless... it took me a while to figure out how to even turn it on. I find that the capacity is not a problem. I do pretty large batches and it powers through them with no problem. I do hear a little scaping when it is running but I am not annoyed by it. It is indeed an industrial mixer not a plastic KA toy.

Big Bertha is a beast! Shipping time and packaging was excellent. She came in a crate! Setup was minimal and easy. Can't beat the quality on this. You could spend $400 more and get a much smaller machine or get this and never need anything else. Our standard mixer could do enough dough for 2 loaves at a time but struggled. This one can do enough for 6 and never misses a beat! Final note: the grate is a safety! It must be closed all the way or the unit won't turn on. Stumped us for a few minutes but all is well.

I love this machine that I’ve purchased three. One for each of my locations. As well friends of mine have purchased it too.
