I use this mixer for my sourdough hobby. I have not been disappointed by this workhorse. I can make 8 loaves of bread without issue and my regular kitchen mixer was struggling to mix 2 loaves.

I used the mixer to make tamales and it worked out perfectly. So much easier than mixing it by hand. The mixer was really easy to use.

I bought this mixer about 6 weeks ago or more and still have not used it. I had no idea it was so big. If I could return it I would. It is truly stunning to look at. I will use it one day, but for now it’s just on display in my kitchen and boy does it take up the room. My husband has discussed building me a large kitchen down my basement so I can do all my baking. Everyone tells me I need to quit my nursing job and open a bakery. A new kitchen may be in a while. Some time this year and my mixer can go down there.

Solid all around great product we absolutely have no complaints and would recommend this. It comes with the 20 quart bowl all the accessories dough hook builder mixer blades. All the buttons and the way it is made is made very well heavy duty commercial like no junk. This is a really good product.. We don’t really have anything else to say about it other than we have yours on Dolly wheels something like you would move a couch with and we can roll it around on the floor and we use it and it works great. The dolly wheels they’re like 300 pounds each the little dolly wheels that you can buy to move furniture and stuff like that. We bought a five wheel one it has a wheel in the middle for a little bit heavier weight.. We’re very thankful to be able to get the product and we hope the high-quality continues in good craftsmanship in the products again thank you

Perfect size the upgrade with a timer added to it as a plus I really like that

I make large batches of butter so this unit works great! I've used kitchenaid in the past but the bowls are too small for the size we do so this works perfect. Plenty of power to do whatever you want with dough or butter or whatever.
