Worst mixer and customer service ever. Arrived yesterday and tried to use it today. Machine skips and makes noise. It not shut off and won’t turn back on. There is fluid leaking out of the machine also Reached out to support and went over an hour with no response. Started a new chat and was told to wait 24-48 hours for a reply. Asked to be escalated and no answers again. Still have no answers and still have a broken mixer. Worst customer service ever!!!

I bought the 15L mixer, 600 watt. Crate came upside down from Fedex, luckily nothing was damaged. I actually had to get it off the truck myself. Mixer works good but the track that the bowl moves up and down on seems kind of sloppy, resulting in a lot of noise when its running. I found out after the fact that extra bowls or attachments are not available for purchase. Despite the seemingly decent quality and price, no replaceable extras is a deal breaker.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto ed è arrivato con un buco nella scatola, l'impastatrice però non era ammaccata.
Dopo averla collegata alla corrente si è accesa per un secondo la luce che indica che l'impastatrice funziona e poi si è spenta, gradirei dell'aiuto visto che ho speso 550€ e non va.

Tarsem Damage and poor customer service
Very disappointed with this mixer. It struggles with dough, makes loud noises, and feels cheaply made. Definitely not suitable for commercial use as advertised. To make things worse, VEVOR is refusing to accept a return despite the clear defects. I would not recommend this product or the company.
