Steve Built like a tank and worth every penny
We make a lot of bread and butter at home. The 6 quart KitchenAid we'd been using for years was sounding massively strained every time we tried to mix dough and the volume just wasn't enough. We needed something more powerful and this looked perfect. We actually didn't realize how heavy it was going to be. It was delivered in a crate with a pallet jack. It took (2) of us just to lift it on the counter. It is a staple of the kitchen now. We love it. "Sturdy" is an understatement. TIP: don't start whipping cream with the whisk on high unless you want to clean the walls. Start on medium and move to high when the viscosity drops a bit. We learned that one the hard way.
