This stand mixer worked well for about 6 months and out of nowhere, it just stopped. customer service is horrendous and the insurance is good for nothing. Communication is through customer service in China so they’ll only reply after 9pm leading to an incredibly long process in getting anything done. I guess you get what you pay for! A heavy piece of garbage with garbage service

Received this mixer and it was exactly what I wanted, however a piece of wire that was evidently needed for the mixer to work was laying in the bowl when it was unpacked. The mixer would not operate. I immediately contacted VEVOR and submitted a ticket via their chat function. That is the only way you can “speak” to a team member. They do not have a workable phone number. I was told the ticket would be escalated to their engineering support team and I would be contacted within 24 hours to resolve my problem. That was 10/2/27, today is 10/5/27 and I still can’t get anyone to respond to me. The product is beautiful, but it is only a very large paper weight to me right now. Very disappointed with their customer service and support.

This mixer arrived in poor condition. Even though I purchased a new item, it was either previously used or stored in VERY poor conditions. There were rusty screws, grease, rusted metal (above the mixing bowl where food would be), and a loose electrical terminal just sitting in the bowl when I received it. This mixer is 100lbs (132 lbs with the shipping box). I can't put this wooden shipping box back together to return it. I have health issues, and cannot get this to FedEx to return. I won't be buying any Vevor products again because I don't trust this company and the low quality products they sell.

After using this mixer for several months, it would randomly stop working in the middle of use. After troubleshooting the only way to get it to work was to hold down the reset button. Sometimes that would work, sometimes it wouldn’t. Contacted customer service. Had to send a video of the issue and they responded with an email with a video showing how to check/repair wiring. No offer to repair or replace this product. Just recently the timer switch stopped working. We turned the switch and it would bounce back as if a spring broke. Could not use the mixer at all at this point. Will be contacting Customer Service again.

It doesn’t do the capacity it says. It rocked all over when I tried to meet it just below capacity. Now I have to work it at 1/3 capacity for it to mildly move while mixing. It also makes this awful scrape noise during mixing on one side of the bowl. I wouldn’t buy it again but it’s not like I can return it so I’m working with it anyway. Don’t buy it. Save yourself the headache. I bought it for my brewed business and I wish I hadn’t. Not worth the money

Was broken when it came and can’t get any for my refund

I just got this machine in within the past three hours, it worked for a little bit for just a few batches of bread dough. Now it won’t turn on. It’s been almost an hour and I still can’t get it to turn on. Cheaply made & overheats very quickly

I have only used my vevor mixer twice. The first time I made cake icing and today I was mixing bread dough. The mixer was making a grinding sound. I looked the machine and noticed the top screw was strapped. Is it a used mixer? This is the beginning of my baking season and im not happy.

I had high hopes for this little mixer. Unfortunately there are several things I don't like about it. First, the slowest speed is WAY too fast... it's crazy fast... Second, there is a cap right on the head of the mixer that oozes grease... when I mix bun dough, after the 6-7 minutes of mixing the grease begins to ooze out... it is a MESS!! I have scraped blobs of grease from it, clean it....but it happens every time. It's awful! Third, it can't handle a stiffer dough...My 7 quart kitchenaid can, but this one chokes and trips with the same amount of dough that the smaller Kitchenaid can handle with ease. Last, the latches that are supposed to hold the bowl down are super loose and we can't tighten them so they are basically useless... I still use the mixer for certain jobs, but it's not great!
