works well got the 60L put almost 100lbs of deer sausage in it way better mix than doing it by hand

Great for what I bought it for. Would be five stars except for the incredibly had rubber feet that slide all over the place, and it’s not as easy to clean as my old one. The gearing is a game changer. Mixes a hopper full of meat no problems cranking. My old one I could never fill much more than half or my arm would wear out. Now I can do 30# in a 30# mixer instead of 10# in a 20# mixer.

Перфектно!! Тази е третата която идва до БГ за 5-6 дена. Малка компактна за бъркане на месо до мах 6-7 кг. за домашни условия. Както винаги дойде с много добра опаковка без никакви дефекти и удари от куриери. Неръждаема стомана е, не е лови магнит и на практика е вечна. Дебелината на материала също е доста добре, особено на витлата! Пълнена е за тест с вода 10л. и няма капка да подлизва някъде. Добра идея да се свърже към мотора на месомелачката с необходимите доработки, каре и конзола свързваща двата корпуса в едно. Има зъбна предавка 1към 3 което намаля оборотите и е страхотно това за целта. Смляното месо директно в нея, не цапам други съдове. Препоръчвам смело с двете ръце, много е добра!

As expected

I've made a few 5-pound batches since taking delivery of this mixer and have been impressed with it every time. The gear reduction makes cranking almost effortless. Mixing is efficient and thorough, especially when changing handle direction every 10 cranks or so. When protein extraction is becoming present, you'll need a rubber scraper or gloved hand to unstick clumps that stick on the corner walls, but that's normal with all mixers. Cleanup is easy: unscrew the bolt on either side of the mixing bar, remove, then place unit on its side at the kitchen sink. Spray out with hot water, give it a good scrub with sponge and dish soap, rinse, done. Since I typically only make 5 pounds or less at a time, the size is perfect and doesn't require a commercial sink for cleaning. Having a side-dump would be a nice addition, but with just 5-pound batches, I just don't feel it's necessary. The only con for me: some of the steel edges are sharp out of the box. I used a dremel with a fine grit wheel to smooth them over. For the price difference of this mixer compared to most others, it was worth my time (all of 10 minutes) and I highly recommend the unit. It's a great value and I feel it's going to last a very long time.

I put 10# of Ground beef and pork mix in and added summer sausage mix. It didn't take long to get it mixed well. Worked good for what I purchased it for. Would recommend to all.
