The mixer assembled quickly, connected to the electrice drive (sold separately), and operated well. Its capacity in lbs is overstated, we could barely keep 20 lbs batches in the mixer without it throwing meat out when we mixed. Reverse feature worked well to empty the hopper when done mixing and the bin is tilted.

I received this mixer and it is built very well. I have used it and it mixed my sausage like I needed it to and made it very easy. Wasn't that hard to clean and I recommend this to the small time home sausage maker.
