I've purchased several vevor products recently for majority been pleased with quality . Im surprised at difficulties w starting pressure washer having to pull more than few pulls to start seems unreasonable to me

Was very excited about this pressure washer however after receiving it and putting it together the pump had a crack in it. Customer Service was amazing and sent a new pump immediately, however that pump was too large and didn’t fit inside the frame of the pressure washer.

Bought it about a month ago and the pump is leaking from the top of the pump I have a ticket number under my name and email I sent the best picture I could I hope we can get it fixed thanks

I purchased this pressure washer because I wanted something relatively small, lightweight, and easy to move around for jobs around my property. So far, the pressure washer itself has been okay for my purposes. However, I cannot say that it is operating at its optimum performance because VEVOR’s own manual states that a high-altitude carburetor kit is needed for better performance at higher elevations. I live at approximately 5,300 feet, and VEVOR has been unable to tell me what kit or carburetor jet I need. Unfortunately, my experience with VEVOR’s technical/customer support has been extremely disappointing. I contacted VEVOR with what I thought was a very simple question: What high-altitude kit, carburetor jet, or specification do I need for the engine on the pressure washer you sold me? This turned into multiple communications over several days. At first, VEVOR told me that the required carburetor kit or jet specification depended upon the exact engine configuration and that they were confirming the correct compatible part for my model. That sounded reasonable, and I waited for their answer. Unfortunately, they never provided one. Instead, I was eventually told that they don't sell the accessory separately and that I would need to purchase it elsewhere. That wasn't the issue. I was perfectly willing to purchase the part elsewhere—I simply needed VEVOR to tell me what part or jet specification their own engine requires. Even more concerning, during one exchange I was told that if I needed an “antifreeze carburetor” I would have to purchase it separately. I never asked about an antifreeze carburetor. I was asking about the high-altitude carburetor kit specifically mentioned in VEVOR’s own manual. Their final answer was essentially that their website doesn't carry the required accessory and they couldn't provide a purchase link. Again, that completely missed my question. If a manufacturer publishes an owner's manual telling customers that a particular modification is needed or recommended for operation at higher elevations, the manufacturer should be able to provide the correct part number, jet size, carburetor specification, or at minimum enough technical information for the customer to obtain the correct part elsewhere. The pressure washer itself has been okay for my needs, and I like its smaller size and lighter weight. But I still don't know how well it would perform if properly configured for my 5,300-foot elevation because VEVOR cannot tell me which high-altitude kit their own manual says it needs. After several communications, I never received an answer to what should have been a basic technical question about their own product. Very poor after-sale technical support.

Pierde abundante gasolina entre el depósito y el motor. También me llegó rota el enchufe rápido para la manguera de agua. No he llegado a utilizarla. Inicio hoy mismo el proceso de devolución, espero no tener problemas.

I regret buying this crap. I got 5 or 6 uses out of it and it seized due to fuel getting in the crankcase. The return attempt got nowhere, so now I have a 350.00 paper weight. When it comes to Vevor, stick to the cheap simple stuff and buy more expensive items from a reputable dealer.

I purchased the 4400 PSI model. I followed all directions including filling the engine oil and replacing the shipping plug with the breather plug. I made sure that I had water flowing and purged all air before starting the engine. I fired it up and power washed for about 5 minutes. I went back to change the nozzle and noticed that the pump oil was boiling. It got so hot that the sight glass and breather plug both melted, dumping boiling hot pump oil all over my lawn. The bypass relief valve is clearly defective and likely the pump head as well. I have spent a month back and forth with Vevor and they DO NOT stand behind their product. They’ve sent a replacement sight glass but refuse to fix the actual defect that caused an almost immediate meltdown. Their support is terrible. They take a week to respond and then they don’t actually read what I write or look at the pictures submitted. At one point they accused me of not putting in the breather plug. My pictures and a video show the oil at a full boil with the breather plug in place. Had I have pulled the plug during this, the oil would have erupted out of the top. If you’re looking at a Vevor power washer, save your money. Buy something higher quality that the manufacturer will support. I’ve been a loyal Vevor customer but now I will NEVER purchase anything with an engine from Vevor again.

Livraison rapide, malheureusement, par manque de protection sur les roues en plastique, une roue est explosée dans le colis intact après déballage, aucun choc apparent et le SAV me balade depuis 10 jours maintenant alors que j'ai fait un ticket dès réception et déballage avec les photos et une vidéo comme demandée Pour l'utilisation, ben faudra attendre qu'ils veuillent bien m'envoyer une roue de remplacement urgemment, sinon il semble de bonne facture, à voir plus tard, je mettrai à jour mon avis Je vous remercie
