The pressure washer arrived in a box and when I opened the box it didn't have the instructions on how to assemble it. I got a hold of customer service they sent me an email with a link to a video that explained assembly in detail. After I got the pressure washer together I filled it with gas put some oil in it and it cranked on the first try. As far as I can tell it's a very good pressure washer

Kevin Good for small use at home
Very good overall but really not made for a steady use, over a year I’ve used it over 200h and replaced the pump twice

Pretty easy to assemble. It would be nice if it came with a small bottle of oil but no big deal. Once I put oil and gas in it started right up within two pulls. I was surprised that there is no screen at the inlet, where the hose connects. That would be a good idea.
