I received the pressure washer and as soon as I opened the box I noticed that the manifold pipe was in 2 pieces and I related this to customer service with 3 pictures and the reply was a new piece will be on it's way and that was 2 weeks ago and yet to hear anything more...I tried to load those 3 pics again but would not upload.

I purchased this for around £400 on an offer , what a Bargin right ?! No, it come with problems I strongly believe were caused by the delivery guy (1 person not 2 as advertised or needed ) It was dropped and rolled infront of me let alone what happens behind closed doors. I assembled it and added oil and allowed to sit for a hour (as they do come with testing oil in as not all can be removed for transit ) On start-up it smoked as expected for 20 seconds then stopped , I allowed it to run for maybe a minute dry no hoses connected. Stopped it and left it maybe 20 minutes before connecting it up to the buffer tank but leaving the HP hose and gun of. Allowed to cycle for 5 mins , 20 mins cool down and repeated a few times for the heat cycle to kick in. Once done I added the hose and lance and as soon as I depressed the trigger the bang from the pump was horrid. I tried to back off the unloader valve making no difference. Fitted a new pump and it has been a great machine since. Vevor technical were a great help and sorted my issues promptly I will use them again for items needed as it was a great service and all be it good prices for products.

Came damaged and have NOT heard back from VEVOR

If you want a noisy, raw powered pressure washer then when it is working this is the one. But keeping it working is the challenge. This is a water pressure washer so why is it rusting?!! It can't get wet because water gets into the air filter then into the carburetor and then into the oil and needs a mechanic to strip it down. I have the 4400 psi model and it can be horrible to start and right now I can't start this wretched thing. I have people coming and I am wishing I had paid the extra money and got a Honda or something reliable.

1. It couldn't start. I never started it. I asked some my friends to follow the instruction to do, it never been started. 2. Support team are not professional. One ask me do follow, I already detailed to tell the problem and pics. The next supporter didn't see the previous mail asked me to sent pics again. 3. I bought a garage and paid almost $1000(include tax) and no work without professional support.

Extremely poor customer service. All you get is an Ai generated response asking for Videos and pictures . I had a licensed mechanic check the pressure washer and he told me the throttle was not adjusted properly. Not something that will show up in a photo. I have replied multiple times to get the issue rectified but just keep getting the same Ai response. Now asking for a refund but not holding my breath. I expect the same Ai response if I am lucky. Will probably have to pay out of pocket in order to get the issue fixed properly. I can no longer trust this unit. Who knows what else is not setup properly unless I pay for a full diagnostic? Stay tuned.

I'm just disappointed now bc the handle is bent. Took all the excitement out of getting the new pressure washer. I thought was going to be able to bend it back but no luck

I went into great detail of how this company sent me out a damaged product AND missing essential parts. I didn’t even get an apology or a response back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the only negative review I’ve ever wrote in my life. Do not buy ANYTHING from this horrible company.

I purchased this and it can damaged. VEVOR never replaced or refunded my $$ they just gave me the run around. Very disappointed in the customer service

never received the item and never got my money back. It s been a month that I paid for the item and it is still missing. Dealing with vevor is impossible cause they won't give u your money back.
