This unit hasn't worked since it's been unpackaged. Motor has a mechanical issue inside as it can't be pulled over with the rope. Getting this sorted out through the warranty or return department has been nothing but painful. Going on 2 weeks and no resolution!

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased the pressure washer, and it doesn't work. The ridiculous requirement is that I send a video of the pressure washer not working to receive return instructions. The buyer has to use technology compatible with Vevor's system, and mine isn't, which is unfair and unreasonable. Therefore, I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work, and there's no way to speak with a human. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

I used it twice and the engine would quit after 5 minutes. Fluid (gas or water) is mixing is the oil pan. I cannot pull the crank because of the build up of pressure in the piston. I want to return it. So far. I am getting the run around from Customer Service
