I'll start by saying 8f bought many things from vevor and have never been disappointed...always have had great products......this time it just doesn't work it takes a act of God to start this powerwasher ....8ve tried it all literally if you can get it running its 13 to 20 pulls straight from outta the box new fuel...oil etc I called customer svc the same day I got it and they said send a pic? OK here is a picture of a non starting powerwasher... than a video . We'll long story short I still have it and it still won't start .. so yeah I guess I donated a few hundred bucks to vevor,

Broke after 30min of run time. They won’t send a new one. Offered $98 to get it fixed. Small engine repair shop by me charges $135 an hour.

Extremely poor customer service. All you get is an Ai generated response asking for Videos and pictures . I had a licensed mechanic check the pressure washer and he told me the throttle was not adjusted properly. Not something that will show up in a photo. I have replied multiple times to get the issue rectified but just keep getting the same Ai response. Now asking for a refund but not holding my breath. I expect the same Ai response if I am lucky. Will probably have to pay out of pocket in order to get the issue fixed properly. I can no longer trust this unit. Who knows what else is not setup properly unless I pay for a full diagnostic? Stay tuned.

I ordered this pressure washer and received it about four days ago.I unboxed it put it together.Put gas, oil and it will not start.It won't even try to turn over. I have ran many pressure washers and I know what i'm doing. The worst part is I've been told for 3 days now to wait for the team to contact me to resolve the issue.And now I can't even do the job I was supposed to do this weekend.

Je l'ai monté, j'ai mis l'huile ensuite il a démarré et le moteur c'est éteint au bout de 3min. Moteur serré ! Piston segment à faire au bout de 3min.... C'est pas de la qualité...

I'm just disappointed now bc the handle is bent. Took all the excitement out of getting the new pressure washer. I thought was going to be able to bend it back but no luck

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased the pressure washer, and it doesn't work. The ridiculous requirement is that I send a video of the pressure washer not working to receive return instructions. The buyer has to use technology compatible with Vevor's system, and mine isn't, which is unfair and unreasonable. Therefore, I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work, and there's no way to speak with a human. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

I went into great detail of how this company sent me out a damaged product AND missing essential parts. I didn’t even get an apology or a response back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the only negative review I’ve ever wrote in my life. Do not buy ANYTHING from this horrible company.

I purchased this and it can damaged. VEVOR never replaced or refunded my $$ they just gave me the run around. Very disappointed in the customer service

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, da es mir nach mehrmaligem Versuchen nicht gelungen ist, Ihnen ein paar Fotos die wesentlich kleiner als 2MB sind, zukommen zu lassen, werde ich versuchen Ihnen die Probleme schriftlich zu schildern. ("Schön wäre eine Mail-Adresse von Ihnen" 1. An der Pumpe ist die mittlere seitliche SK-Verschraubung undicht. Habe festgestellt, daß der O-Ring seitlich herausgequetscht ist. Habe darufhin den O-Ring gewechselt. Ergebnis: Nicht zufriedenstellend weil wieder undicht, da diese O-Ringe die mitgeliefert wurden, offenbar nicht geeignet sind. 2. Der Druckregler lässt sich in keine Richtung bewegen. Dieser ist vollkommen "festgefressen". Ich frage mich, wie solche Geräte versendet werden können. Da wurde wohl kein Probelauf durchgeführt. Anders ist das nicht zu erklären. Fazit: ICH BIN SEHR SEHR ENTTÄUSCHT !!! Bitte geben Sie mir in Kürze die weiter Vorgangsweise per E-Mail bekannt.
