the machine ame in good time. during first use though it all went wrong engine started spluttering and cut out tried to call customer services they wanted me to video the problem and send it through some system or another before they could help. shocking service i have since repaired the machine myself 2 problems i had to fix one was the in tank fuel filter it had collapsed and not allowing fuel flow the second was a lot worse in my eyes the fuel line from the tank to the engine had been rubbing on the block and had rubbed a hole through itself so glad the fuel did not hit the exhaust a real chance of fire. the machine does the job ok now its running although its not as powerful as its made out to be but for the money ok

I bought this and used it 3 different times and it shut off on the second use. It started back immediately, but the third time it stopped, it's done. I can't get it to restart and have no idea what's wrong with it. I can't believe it's done and I am disappointed in this product. This is the first Vevor item I have any complaints about.

Helaas heeft deze hogedruk reiniger te weinig capaciteit voor deze oppervlakte reiniger. Het zou fijn geweest zijn als je zo'n combinatie koopt dat je hierover wat meer advies zou krijgen, dan had ik gewoon zwaardere gekocht. Dus hogedrukreiniger kan ik helaas voor deze klus niet gebruiken.En heb inmiddels een zwaardere gekocht bij HBM machines 275 bar en 14 pk motor en meer water door voer deze zou goed moeten voldoen voor deze oppervlakte reiniger van van 0.51 cm. HBM geeft daar duidelijk advies in wat ik heel fijn vond. Ik probeer de Vevor nu te verkopen voor lichtere werkzaam heden. Dit had allemaal niet nodig geweest wanneer bij order en je ziet deze combi oppervlakte reiniger en hogedruk reiniger dat dit niet de best geschikte combi is. Groet Ralph. Jennissen.

Had problems with the very first time using it

This unit hasn't worked since it's been unpackaged. Motor has a mechanical issue inside as it can't be pulled over with the rope. Getting this sorted out through the warranty or return department has been nothing but painful. Going on 2 weeks and no resolution!

I purchased this for around £400 on an offer , what a Bargin right ?! No, it come with problems I strongly believe were caused by the delivery guy (1 person not 2 as advertised or needed ) It was dropped and rolled infront of me let alone what happens behind closed doors. I assembled it and added oil and allowed to sit for a hour (as they do come with testing oil in as not all can be removed for transit ) On start-up it smoked as expected for 20 seconds then stopped , I allowed it to run for maybe a minute dry no hoses connected. Stopped it and left it maybe 20 minutes before connecting it up to the buffer tank but leaving the HP hose and gun of. Allowed to cycle for 5 mins , 20 mins cool down and repeated a few times for the heat cycle to kick in. Once done I added the hose and lance and as soon as I depressed the trigger the bang from the pump was horrid. I tried to back off the unloader valve making no difference. Fitted a new pump and it has been a great machine since. Vevor technical were a great help and sorted my issues promptly I will use them again for items needed as it was a great service and all be it good prices for products.

Nettoyeur reçu rapidement mes le problème c'est qu'il ne démarre pas du tout malgré le suivi détaillé de la notice fourni !! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit. Toujours en attente du service client ce jour !!

The pressure washer sent by Vevor was damaged. The motor mounts were completely crushed, which would have required significant force. I submitted the damage claim and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one has contacted me. I chatted with Vevor - probably a bot - that told me to keep waiting for someone to contact me. I'm still waiting. I'll have to go buy another pressure washer and hope that Vevor will do the decent thing and refund the purchase. Remains to be seen.

Came damaged and have NOT heard back from VEVOR

Broke after 1 use started leaking gas everywhere. Thought price was fair and it worked well until I realized gas was leaking
