I have bought this pressure washer with great expectations from the product that seem to have great reviews. Unfortunately the unit didn't last but one time for one use pressure washing my driveway. The engine locked up and it seems to be a mechanical problem. I reached out to support team but unfortunately, all I hear from them is "send us video and pictures". I did that along with a detailed explanation of what is going on the troubleshooting I performed to try to repair it. Still they keep asking for videos! It seems to me that Vevor is unwilling to offer support. Not a problem, they have the ticket and the purchase order, I want my money back!! You can have the unit and do as many videos of it as you want. Very poor support team! You have done nothing to remedy my situation. I'm sorry but this is the way I feel about this experience. I didn't see much effort on Vevor's part to help!!

Bought pressure washer last month. Very hard to start first time. Will not start again. Mistake buying this.

Absolute garbage like everything VEVOR sells! Save your money! Don’t trust these people!

broke as soon as the warranty expired. buy a brand with history of reliability. pay more get more. pay less get junk

Pressure washer started out great , used it probably 12 total hours and the piston rod came loose. The engine will turn about a half round each direction .

Water pump side crack within 4 uses. They send a replacement but you fix it yourself. Not ideal.

It worked well for the first few times I used it and the hose blew off and it would not pressure wash again so I’m not really surprised

À fuir. Cela fait 39 jours que le produit est inutilisable et, malgré de très nombreux échanges avec le service client, aucune solution concrète n’a été apportée. Je suis une entreprise et cette situation me cause un véritable préjudice. Au lieu de prendre leurs responsabilités, ils me font tourner en rond depuis plus d’un mois. Le plus choquant n’est pas seulement le problème rencontré, mais l’absence totale de prise en charge. Des promesses, des demandes répétitives, mais aucune résolution. Pendant ce temps, je me retrouve avec un matériel inutilisable. Devant cette absence de réponse efficace, je vais engager les démarches nécessaires pour faire valoir mes droits, notamment par les voies juridiques et auprès des organismes compétents en matière de protection des consommateurs. Si vous recherchez un vendeur qui assure un véritable service après-vente lorsqu’un problème survient, mon expérience ne me permet malheureusement pas de recommander cette entreprise.
