Can't rate on how it worked because it never cranked properly to stay running and was a total pain in the ass to communicate with them. Took over 2 weeks for them to return my money, but I have been happy with all the other purchases I have made from vevor

1. It couldn't start. I never started it. I asked some my friends to follow the instruction to do, it never been started. 2. Support team are not professional. One ask me do follow, I already detailed to tell the problem and pics. The next supporter didn't see the previous mail asked me to sent pics again. 3. I bought a garage and paid almost $1000(include tax) and no work without professional support.

We were extremely dissappointed in this product. The pressure isn't great, its hard to pull, and it cuts off constantly. Vevor customer service was good. They refunded half the price and we kept the pressure washer. However we rarely even try to use it because it is such a pain to use

Do not buy this product, they don't make a charger for it.

The pressure hose is not strong enough for the pressure produced by the washer

Assembled the day I recieved it. Added oil and gasoline. Went to use the power washer and it broke down about 10 minutes into spraying my deck. Tried to reach out to vevor and they gave me the runaround for months until I got so frustrated I just gave up. They wanted a video of the power washer not work… how does that work??? This company has the worst customer service.

I'll start by saying 8f bought many things from vevor and have never been disappointed...always have had great products......this time it just doesn't work it takes a act of God to start this powerwasher ....8ve tried it all literally if you can get it running its 13 to 20 pulls straight from outta the box new fuel...oil etc I called customer svc the same day I got it and they said send a pic? OK here is a picture of a non starting powerwasher... than a video . We'll long story short I still have it and it still won't start .. so yeah I guess I donated a few hundred bucks to vevor,

the machine ame in good time. during first use though it all went wrong engine started spluttering and cut out tried to call customer services they wanted me to video the problem and send it through some system or another before they could help. shocking service i have since repaired the machine myself 2 problems i had to fix one was the in tank fuel filter it had collapsed and not allowing fuel flow the second was a lot worse in my eyes the fuel line from the tank to the engine had been rubbing on the block and had rubbed a hole through itself so glad the fuel did not hit the exhaust a real chance of fire. the machine does the job ok now its running although its not as powerful as its made out to be but for the money ok

Broke after 30min of run time. They won’t send a new one. Offered $98 to get it fixed. Small engine repair shop by me charges $135 an hour.

Extremely poor customer service. All you get is an Ai generated response asking for Videos and pictures . I had a licensed mechanic check the pressure washer and he told me the throttle was not adjusted properly. Not something that will show up in a photo. I have replied multiple times to get the issue rectified but just keep getting the same Ai response. Now asking for a refund but not holding my breath. I expect the same Ai response if I am lucky. Will probably have to pay out of pocket in order to get the issue fixed properly. I can no longer trust this unit. Who knows what else is not setup properly unless I pay for a full diagnostic?
