This is without doubt the absolute worst power washer i have EVER Wasted my time and money on...Pathetic quality, Pathetic, customer service,I wouldn't recommend any product your company puts on the market,But as one says ,once bitten, once shy..I would Never deal with Vevor again.Just put you in with all the other junk company's active today.Temu..Alibaba..Pure TRASH.

The pump has failed and we haven't even owned it 6 months only used it maybe 6 times. I bought the bigger one hoping it was better built. I'd love to have someone HELP REPAIR IT!

Quality of the motor and pump seems very good for the price. Unfortunately I’m in the middle of my first use of the pressure washer and the line has blown out near where the hose connects to the wand. It would appear that VEVOR has cheated out on the line. Another issue I’ve noticed is that the detergent line and filter does not work. There doesn’t appear to be enough suction created by the machine to pull detergent from a bucket using the auxiliary line that connects to the pump using a plastic batter fitting. I’m using the place tip but it just doesn’t pull. The soap reservoir does work fine with the black sprayer tip. All in all it seems like a good machine for the price. Just be prepared to buy a high pressure hose. Unfortunate my project is on pause until I get another hose.

I received the pressure washer, put gas and oil in it, fired right up. The only downside was there was a crack in the metal so it is spraying all over and not keeping pressure. I have contacted Vevor about this and I am just getting the typical "we have forwarded your request to the appropriate department". Submitted my issue 7/18/2026, today is 8/11/2026 and I don't know what is going on as their communication is one way and they do not actually answer my questions. Probably a good product if it didn't come broken, the 1 star is for Vevor's customer support.

I purchased this pressure washer and it was leaking from the inlet of the water connector and it blowing water from the base of the wand. I’ve been patient with them for a few weeks with no resolution or no definite answer as to when I will get a replacement to make sure that fixes the issue. The CS rep is more worried about closing my ticket and making it solved instead of helping with the problem itself. I’ve delayed making this review but after a few weeks of the same routine I’ve had enough. Either send a replacement part expedited or just get the process started with my refund due to the malfunctioning machine.

Though I purchased the pressure washer for $400 along with an extended warranty. It immediately leaked oil at the pump-engine connection upon first use. Within one week, I reported the issue with videos and photographs, noting water in the engine. The company directed me to disassemble and repair it myself despite the warranty and has since provided no resolution, leaving the unit nonfunctional.

I purchased the 4400 PSI model. I followed all directions including filling the engine oil and replacing the shipping plug with the breather plug. I made sure that I had water flowing and purged all air before starting the engine. I fired it up and power washed for about 5 minutes. I went back to change the nozzle and noticed that the pump oil was boiling. It got so hot that the sight glass and breather plug both melted, dumping boiling hot pump oil all over my lawn. The bypass relief valve is clearly defective and likely the pump head as well. I have spent a month back and forth with Vevor and they DO NOT stand behind their product. They’ve sent a replacement sight glass but refuse to fix the actual defect that caused an almost immediate meltdown. Their support is terrible. They take a week to respond and then they don’t actually read what I write or look at the pictures submitted. At one point they accused me of not putting in the breather plug. My pictures and a video show the oil at a full boil with the breather plug in place. Had I have pulled the plug during this, the oil would have erupted out of the top. If you’re looking at a Vevor power washer, save your money. Buy something higher quality that the manufacturer will support. I’ve been a loyal Vevor customer but now I will NEVER purchase anything with an engine from Vevor again.

When the package arrived at my residence, it was torn open at the bottom.Open the package up and a couple of things are bent on the pressure . Both wheels are cracked. At this point I am not a happy Vevor customer

Garbage. Barely works IF it will even start. Runs for 5 mins then bogs out n won't start again for days.. trying to get a refund is damn near impossible with this place .

Fresh gas, been messing with it however it just won’t stay on. Going to have to tear it apart since it just keeps turning off
