I do not recommend this diffuser. It does not work properly with Bluetooth. The app will not let it stay connected, and I have to reconnect it every time I want to use it. This is very frustrating and defeats the purpose of having Bluetooth control.

Not very good, mine has lost display and I can’t operate it . It’s complicated with the time settings and on and off modes. I would recommend a simple on off switch.

Praca dyfuzora głośna. Wydajność do kubatury salonu 50 m2 beznadziejna. Używane czyste olejki eteryczne bez mieszania. Możliwe że wprowadzony wężykiem do tunelu klimatyzacji biurowej efekt byłby lepszy. Mały i tani dyfuzor za 40 zł umieszczony w małej toalecie nadrabia zapachem kilkukrotnie lepiej niż ten profesjonalny za kilka krotnie większej cenie. Nie polecam

I can hear it disperse in the next room over the TV. And not adjustable on the duration of spray time, only how often it dispersed.

If it isn't connected to bluetooth it randomly stops working. I don't need bluetooth app, I just want it to work.

When it works, this unit is very loud. The app is very limited in functionality and 90% of the time it doesn’t even come on at the scheduled time. However, it is consistent, it doesn't work well on battery power and it doesn't work well when plugged in outlet. Not sure why it doesn't use the same software as the other scent machines. This machine is not worth the money you pay for it. Lastly, I would only use in a room that is 300 sq ft or less.

​I am extremely disappointed with this scent machine. I really trusted this brand—in fact, right after ordering mine, I recommended it to a friend who also bought one. Tragically, the exact same thing happened to both of us. ​In less than 3 months, the machine completely stopped diffusing scent. It acts as if it is disconnected from Bluetooth, but it’s not. To make matters worse, the application is terrible; it doesn't even allow you to delete previous schedules or configurations, it only lets you uncheck them. ​Now I'm left with a broken machine that is completely useless. What am I supposed to do now? Just accept that I threw my money straight into the trash? Avoid this product and saving yourself the frustration.I expect customer service to reach out and resolve this with a refund or replacement.

The customer service team at vevor is not that good, I was looking to get another bottle for this diffuser and they could not sell me just the bottle because I don't want to mix sense in the bottle I was trying to see if I could get some spare bottles they weren't even willing to bend or try to get it , just a flat out no we don't sell them. Seems to me if you sell the product you should be able to sell the parts to that product, I know if I was of vevor representative I would try to get my customers what they wanted after all they did buy the product.
