I ordered the VEVOR Electric Humidor, 70L, 400 Counts Electric Cigar Humidor Cabinet with Compressor Cooling & Temperature Control. After the payment went through the Humidor came two days later. I had $500 worth of cigars on the way. Once I opened the box I see the corner of the humidor completely damaged and the overall integrity of the Humidor was jeopardized. I reached out just a few hours after it was delivered requesting a replacement unit. It has been 6 DAYS!!! No one has responded to any of my emails on the website or support tickets on VEVNOR-Support. A.I. chat bot just keeps telling you to wait 48 hours. They basically stole over $400 of my money and I have a huge useless paperweight. I guess that’s why there is no phone number to call this company at all for customer support. I found out later it’s a company based out of China! BEWARE!!

Don’t buy this piece of junk!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! Came broken, and a week later, vevor has done absolutely nothing to rectify this!!!

Unit came if a box that looked like it fell off the delivery truck at 60mph. Corner of the unit was crushed Sent photos and never heard back from the vendor/customer service. Irrespective if the unit works well, if the vendor blows you off - I would not recommend the product
