Love these guides makes it easy to put the boat on without any help

At first I was hesitant because I’ve never heard of Vevor. But after research of google it appears to be legit. I bit the bullet and ordered the boat trailer guides which were heavily discounted compared to any other store in Canada. Shipping was not only free but very fast. Next day I believe. I’m very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of these guides. Can’t beat this deal.

So pleased with this item. Installed easy. Arrived quickly. Is a great help in centering your boat up when loading on unlevel boat ramps. Not galvanized as advertised but has a good painted finish with galvanized type paint. Does the job!

Good quality, easy to install, makes it easier to float the boat on the trailer, also makes it easier to see the unloaded trailer when backing up!

Assembled easily, looks great and feels sturdy. Added reflective tape for increased visibility and the 'be seen' factor on the roads. However there is a significant design error/oversight. The sockethead cap screws used to secure the PVC tubes to the frame are located on the inside of the guide poles (facing toward the boat) and can scratch the hull of my aluminum boat on a windy day. I will install rivet nuts on the opposite side as a simple fix, however still strikes me as goofy. Also, can't believe nobody else mentioned this issue.

I attached the 46” guides to my 2023 Karavan trailer (2023 18' Sea-Doo Switch.) They were easy to install (on top of the frame) and function well. I used a ratchet wrench on the nuts until they were snug and then used the supplied little wrench for final tightening (didn’t want to over tighten.) I let the PVC pipes roll on the guides when launching and retrieving the boat. With only one person on the dock, the far (water side) pole is sometimes hidden and the boat front can get snagged on that pole. In order to see the pole more easily, I used a 5’ section of white central-vac PVC pipe in it. Fits great and easy to put in and take out. As for the lights, it is against the law to travel with flashing red lights in Ontario (Highway Act (14) Subject to subsections (14.1), (15) and (17.1), no person shall use a lamp, other than turning signal lamps or the vehicular hazard warning signal lamps commonly known as four way flashers, that produces intermittent flashes of red light.). I removed the red LED’s. I soldered in yellow LED’s and, as the plastic lens is slightly orange, they flash orange. The constant flashing at night is really annoying so I installed an on/off waterproof switch on each light. The guides help when there is a wind or large waves coming on-shore.

Very nice and usefull. Definitely a must for loading a boat back to the trailer , especially when alone. I gave it 4 stars only bacause there is no OFF switch to turn the blinking lights off. Would be nice to turn them off when you're at the cottage and you have your trailer close to the house and you see red lights flushing in your windows all night. I would buy again.
