I purchased this crane to use as a Davit crane in my shop. I built a 4' high mounting base and mounted the crane to it. I used the 12-volt winch that came with it and a 12-volt battery charger mounted to the base to power the winch. I priced Davit cranes from other big box stores, and they cost several thousand dollars. This works perfectly for my application.

Great quality but beam has not been welded in center of plate … Why ?? apart from that everything is correct.

Dans l’ensemble, ça a l’air de faire l’affaire. En effet, pour l’usage que je vais en faire, on devrait être bien. La structure a l’aire robuste. Par contre le câble monter sur le moteur est neuf, sorti du carton reçu ce jour. Mais en mauvais état. Il a été très mal enroulé avec des noeux. Il est plier à différents endroit. C’est vraiment dommage.

Well constructed and reasonably priced. Did not had any practical use for it since I needed with a 120VAC electric winch , nstead. But I definitely do recommend it.

Received the hoist was missing one of the big pins for the boom arm went and got an grade 8 bolt and stuck through it to replace the one that wasn’t there box was torn open a little bit so it probably got loose somewhere along the line they need to wrap them better if they’re shipped them up to Alaska other than that it works OK

Vom ganzen her ist er praktisch und simpel. Doch leider ist die Verarbeitung schlecht, Bolzen stehen zu weit über unsauber verschweißt.

I used this crane mounted on a new construction fishing pier for a client. The crane is used to lift fish cages and jon boats out of the water and works extremely well. The overall construction of the crane is well built with quality materials. The bearings make it easy to turn even with a load. My only complaint is the control cable for the winch is short and unsheathed and the handle that is used to assist in turning the crane is short and flemsy. These two things are why I didn’t give a 5 star rating.

Very impressed. Just a few issues. The bearings were dry with grit in them. Removed, cleaned and packed with grease they worked great. Positioning lever could be longer.
