This enclosure is functional however, you are getting what you pay for. It is not very stable and does not include the triangular supports shown on the website. They would help to solidify the structure but not solve the problems entirely. The mesh needs to be installed in several pieces and allows for a lot of seams that need to be tied together otherwise chickens can get through it. It will not keep any predators out that decide they want in. The AI produced photos are not what it will look like once it is assembled, it is quite sloppy and wonky. This is a regrettable purchase.

Terrible customer service. Box had been opened I told them and they said they would send me anything missing sent pictures. And now they do not answer my messages. They just closed out my ticket. I was not able to build the chicken coop because no hardware was included in the box and the tarp roof had been cut with a knife apparently when they opened the box. I would love to be contacted by a supervisor. Look at the pictures that’s how I received the box.

Ordered august 29. delivered september 8. Went to build it today (saturday). And it came with the longest metal rod bent in 2 places. Contacted through live chat. Can do nothing. Now i must wait another 4 days in order to have someone reply on what happens now. The box isnt big enough to hold the length of the metal rod. So they put it in sideways. Making it easy to bend during transport. Needs an upgrade in the way it is placed in the box for transport.

Arrived in damaged box. Was missing the door hinge which holds entire door together.

You idiots seriously want a review for something you didn't deliver. you didn't even attempt to rectify the situation. you only offered a refund instead. you don't even deserve the one star I've given you for the lack of effort in fixing the problem.

La estructura de metal es muy endeble. Aún no estaba montada del todo y ya se había roto. Las barras donde se apoya la puerta traen los tornillos metidos en una parte de plástico que se rompió enseguida. No traen suficientes bridas, hay que poner más de las que se indican, ya que si las pones cada 20cm quedan huecos. Además, el alambre también es muy fino y se rompe con facilidad. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Got package and it was missing pieces. Looked for a # to call for customer support but THERE IS NONE. Went through the automated process to no avail. Useless coop and waste of my time and money. VERY VERY POOR AFTER YOU BUY FEOM THEM!!

It was damaged in transit and never made it to me. CSR was so incompetent that he kept insisting it was delivered and kept advising to check with neighbors. I pointed out at least 3 times that the tracking shows "damaged in transit, returing to shipper" and that the final "Delivered" was to their warehouse not me. He ignored that at least 3 times over several days. Most frustrating process for an online purchase I've ever had. When he finally did get it, he just said we'll issue a refund. Ok, well i kinda wanted the item but ok.. It was probably a blessing and after at least 3 days nonsense back and forth for what should have been a 30 sec chat, I was happy to just get the refund and move on. Vevor generally has a good rep, but if anything goes wrong on an order, good luck!

Bilan global mitigé, grillage trop fin, même bien tiré il gondole. Attention à protéger du vent car pas très stable. Personnellement, c'est pour une utilisation occasionnelle comme mon cas pour des poussins, afin de les protéger des rapaces (buses, éperviers) en attendant qu'ils deviennent adultes.

What I got is at the standard expected but several of the pipes were missing but I decided not to chase it up with the company as it would take too long and I had materials lying around the shed I could use to get it set up.
