The 44” is awesome. I have four young sons and they are constantly playing with this. Has smooth swing, different sound fonts, lights and sound on impact, a bunch of colors, it even plays Star Wars music. Definitely takes a minute to figure out all of the controls, I like the motion control though, so you can just turn it off and on by twisting. I also appreciate the volume control. Battery seems to last for 4 or 5 hours. Note: from other reviews, it seems the smaller sabers and dual packs don’t have all the same features.

Kids loved it the only downside is the tube can come out of the handle when they hit each other too hard - you can try to tell them not to hit too hard but it is inevitable.

A great purchase overall. This metal‑handled lightsaber arrived well‑packaged, works smoothly, and looks like it will last a long time. It already made my everyday tasks much easier.

Withstands decent hits, if I really tried could probably break, but would have to try. 1 problem is the worm screw that holds the "blade" loosens with heating and cooling ( going in and out in the cold a fw times). If you retighten before use till it's snug and really great bang for your buck

I bought 4 of these for my family. The two pack for me and my wife, and the black hilt for my son and the gold hilt for my daughter. They are good quality metal hilts. They make great light saber noises when they smack together and the colors are great. The only thing that was a touch wonky is that there are few different modes depending on how many times you hit the on/off button. That's also how you change the colors, so it ends up sometimes getting off from what you want exactly. Outside of that, these are really good quality, you can fight with them (they are sturdy, and good against each other, but I wouldn't go all out and whack something), and I really like that you can change the colors.

For the price, this is a sturdy, metal saber handle with a nice resilient dueling saber. It has a bunch of colours and modes, and LOTS of sound sets for different saber types. Switching things is a little tricky to get a handle on, but how to change settings is well documented in the instructions, and it's somewhat straightforward. Overall, this is a pretty incredible deal. My ONLY two complaints about this are: 1) There's no list of soundsets in the manual. It has 16 of them, and when you switch to one, you get a quick quote that is supposed to clue you in as to which set you're using. Vader is obvious. There's a Mandalorian darksaber sound set. I think one of them is General Grievous, but I'm not SUPER sure. And then there are... others. Maybe one is Kylo Ren? Maybe not? I'm PRETTY sure one's Ahsoka. But there are two that might be Yoda. Maybe a Kenobi from the prequels. Honestly, I just don't know for sure, so it'd be nice if that were all listed in the manual in order. 2) The button is easy to hit. It's not recessed. And that's really easy to push, but unfortunately, really easy to push when you're playing, too. I often discover I've hit the button while playing and have switched a mode or shut the thing off. A slightly recessed button might be better for that. Other than those two issues, though, this is a fantastic saber, and I'm super thrilled with it.
