I purchased this from Vevor directly and it had promised it would arrive in a couple days and it was longer then expected. I had purchased a nother unit (none Vevor unit) from a local health care provider and there is a big difference in the 2. The vevor one works but it is just cheaper and it shows. the brake drags even when it is setup correctly. I had sent in an email to support for them to only tell me the brake was fine. I also pointed out the brake was installed wrong but they told me it was fine. The front end was not aligned when it arrived so I had to do this with no instructions. Even with it aligned I feel like it is fighting me when i am using it. just does not roll as easy as the other unit I purchased. The bag on the front is cheap compared tot he competitors with their hard basket. I will admit the outdoor wheels and nice and do make it easier to go on grass, snow and Ice.

Schlechte Qualität, Räder eiern und ein Rad ist nach 3 maligem benutzen abgefallen und lässt sich nicht mehr richtig fest anbringen.

The knee seat does not fit for my knee.

I ordered this scooter to enable me to move around after ankle surgery. The price is right, the assembly was straight forward, the scooter was delivered within a few days of ordering, and the scooter was exactly what I needed...except for one problem. One of the rear tires would not hold air. I put the scooter together the day before my surgery and two days later, the back tire was flat and would not hold air. I'm non-weight bearing for 4-6 weeks so I figure I can get the issue resolved relatively quickly. WRONG. They're happy to replace the entire wheel and tire but it will take THREE WEEKS to arrive. Apparently, they can ship the full scooter from somewhere in the US but the parts have to come from a warehouse in China. That is some seriously poor planning.

I am 5’2 the seat and the handlebars are on the last notch. It’s still too tall for me. It’s a struggle for sure, and it puts pressure on my ankle that had surgery. Causing more pain

Unfortunately arrived and valve in back tire leaks so inner tube not holding air. Messaged VEVOR for return and will update. Prefer not to return and probably can buy another tube but should be some sort of compensation for my trouble.

Ich kann jeden nur abraten, dort zu bestellen. Eine Rücksendung wird mit allen Mitteln verhindert. Man erfährt nicht einmal die Rücksendeadresse. Nach langen Diskussionen (2 std. Chat) hieß es, ich soll den Artikel behalten oder entsorgen und man würde den Betrag vollständig gutschreiben. Letztendlich wurde aber nur ein kleiner Teilbetrag gutgeschrieben.

I didn't end up using it at all for my broken ankle. A friend put it together and broke down the box it came in and out it in the recycle can while I was in the hospital. Waste of $ for me. I ended up renting a wheelchair because of the tight turning radius.

It started bad, then got worse. I chose this product to replace a broken knee scooter for its features and the delivery date listed met my urgent need. The unit arrived two days later. Then, upon putting it together, the rear wheel was scraping caused by the brake adjustment and bent wheel that wobbles. I immediately submitted a service ticket and for each reply it takes 24-36 hours for a response. One week later from date of order, I do not have a scooter and had to work around using my old broken one. Service is literally painfully slow and becoming very costly b
