Product arrived broken with no damage to the box from shipping. Parts rattling around inside. Still waiting for a resolution from Vevor. Photos/videos have been submitted per their request with still no resolution. Time to apply a charge back

After 45 minutes of using the machinery is not producine ozone anymore , only the fan is working now, i do not reccomand.

The item is "good enough/does what it's supposed to", at an advantageous price! User manual must be available for download!? As VEVOR is not VOEC registered; - VEVOR's handling of VAT, postage and customs to EEA countries is somewhat clumsy. Especially when the goods are sold with free shipping and VAT included.

The little machine works well. But either the power cord or the port it plugs in to is faulty on my unit. You have to jiggle the cord to get the machine to work. Then it will often shut off when placing the machine and you have to jiggle the cord again to make it run. But once I get it running it works very well. I should have returned it but since I can get to work by jiggling the power cord I decided to keep it.

The only thing I don’t like about this is a timer only lets me run it for two hours at a time wasn’t aware that when I bought it

I never got it because of sorry fedex. they were no help at all fedex. their customer no service is horrible. Vevor gave me a full refund so vevor gets five stars for that. My recommendation is for vevor to stop using fedex... I gave the zone a 3 so i could submit this

I bought an ozone generator and received it back in January 2026. Shipping was fast. The item itself worked very well - one time. It´s not even 6 months old and not working anymore. The fan is running but ozone is not produced. Proposal from Vevor is a discount of 4,50€. I don´t even know what to say. Their "customerservice" is a joke. They send several mails with different requests in order to slow down everything and probably hope you give up. I informed them that I will of course not accept a discount. I want a new item that is working and asked for a return label to send the defective item back. Now I´m not getting a respond anymore. So this was my first and last purchase with the chinese company Vevor. Yes, they have some cool products and the prices are good. But pray, that the item will last, because there is NO guarantee (despite their guidelines) and NO service towards the customers. They have your money and don´t give a damn about you.

I can not recommend Vevor. They take ages to respond to support tickets, their first answer is a standard "you must have been using the product incorrectly" not even bothering to read what you write. When you then repeat your first message they will start responding to the actual message. All of this takes time and effort. I spesifically asked for them to only supply me with a new unit if they could have it checked for faults first. Did not expect them to be able to do this so I was firstly positively surprised when they told me they had sent a second unit. Upon receiving it I realized that it was faulty as well. The problem is inside the On/off switch. Bypassing it by opening the unit I had the Ozone generator working. And Vevor keeps sending out faulty units only to make people angry with their really bad customer service. AVOID! The second problem is that Vevor sent the replacement unit as a regular shipment with a value of the full product price+shipment. This had me paying VAT+handling once again, adding more than 50% to the product price. And third - Vevor has not realized that their European warehouse is actually operating in the EU. They do not supply VOEC support. Really anoying in Norway.
