Hasn't worked at all no lights no noise.Tried chat email vevor has no phone system.This company is a nightmare to communicate with.Like non existent. Nothing like being ghosted to the 3rd degree after vevor recieves payment.I would rather pay 50% more or go without if I had to buy from vevor.Beware

They dont say nothing about room must be empty of pets,people,for hours.i have a small house less that 1000 sq ft.i cant arange that in my house leaving it useless to me.Good news they let me keep the product for free.but I cant use it.

I-demand-decent-quality Received the first unit with defect power swithc, got replacement after lots of mails and waiting - same fault!

I can not recommend Vevor. They take ages to respond to support tickets, their first answer is a standard "you must have been using the product incorrectly" not even bothering to read what you write. When you then repeat your first message they will start responding to the actual message. All of this takes time and effort. I spesifically asked for them to only supply me with a new unit if they could have it checked for faults first. Did not expect them to be able to do this so I was firstly positively surprised when they told me they had sent a second unit. Upon receiving it I realized that it was faulty as well. The problem is inside the On/off switch. Bypassing it by opening the unit I had the Ozone generator working. And Vevor keeps sending out faulty units only to make people angry with their really bad customer service. AVOID!
The second problem is that Vevor sent the replacement unit as a regular shipment with a value of the full product price+shipment. This had me paying VAT+handling once again, adding more than 50% to the product price.
And third - Vevor has not realized that their European warehouse is actually operating in the EU. They do not supply VOEC support. Really anoying in Norway.

Waste of money for my situation. Did nothing to remove prior tenant’s cigarette smoke odor in my 388 sf. cottage.
