It works well, but it releases black moisture

I bought an ozone generator and received it back in January 2026. Shipping was fast. The item itself worked very well - one time. It´s not even 6 months old and not working anymore. The fan is running but ozone is not produced. Proposal from Vevor is a discount of 4,50€. I don´t even know what to say. Their "customerservice" is a joke. They send several mails with different requests in order to slow down everything and probably hope you give up. I informed them that I will of course not accept a discount. I want a new item that is working and asked for a return label to send the defective item back. Now I´m not getting a respond anymore. So this was my first and last purchase with the chinese company Vevor. Yes, they have some cool products and the prices are good. But pray, that the item will last, because there is NO guarantee (despite their guidelines) and NO service towards the customers. They have your money and don´t give a damn about you.

Will not power up in order to work. Yes it is plugged in with power on and timer set. Sta4ted for a few seconds then died. I have had plenty of good Vevor products in the past but this one is not good at all.

Received it never got a refund reached out to the company several times, but nobody ever got back to me. It’s stuck somewhere in Customs but I never received it. I wish they could take care of this item for me or send me a new one out would be great.

Purtroppo usato poco poiché dopo 3 utilizzi non produce più ozono.

Have not opened it up yet but if like some the other stuff I have bought from these folk it is a 50/50 chance of the quality !!!!!!!!1 Cheep China SHIT

Did not take the odor off from under my sink

Cant write a review about the product i ordered because some idiot in shipping didnt pay attn. to detail thus leaving my apt. Number off of the shipping label . So it never got delivered even though they have my phone number no one bothered to call and ask

It began to spark and ark and looked like it caught on fire so I threw it outside. I'm unable to request help with the product as it requires a video and it will not allow the video to upload.

Product was overwhelming in scent but did nothing for renters smoke smell
