At this point I have over 30 hours run time with this machine. It has been extremely effective at removing burnt Teflon smoke odors from washable fabrics (clothes, sheets, curtains, etc.), difficult/impossible to wash items (purses, sleeping bags, footwear, etc.), and furniture (couch, chairs, beds). Placing items in an enclosed area (closet) works well. For larger spaces/items I had to use plastic sheeting to 'tent' items or close off doorways. Pros: (1) Generates ozone and removes odors (2) Capable of running multiple back-to-back sessions at 30 min increments without issue, overheat, etc. Cons: (1) **warning** If the unit has power it will begin generating ozone as soon as the timer is engaged. Since the timer and the ozone outlet face the same direction I caught a face-full of ozone the first time which made my gums tingle for several hours. Would be much better if the timer was located at the back of the machine next to the on/off switch. Workaround is to set the timer, place the unit, then plug into power supply. (2) Hygrometer is battery operated (watch battery)

Bought the unit about a month ago to treat some rental properties. To this date, I have not been able to tell the difference, and the normal odor of ozone never seems to be present. I wish it had the capability to run by timer instead if sq ft. Maybe I would get the desired resuls if I could run it for msybe 12 hrs in the vacant units

I was very disappointed when I opened the package and found that the display panel was already loose. This should not happen with a brand-new product. It’s a real shame because the machine itself feels sturdy and well-built. Fortunately, it comes with a remote control, so I can still use it. However, receiving a damaged product right out of the box raises serious concerns about quality control. Overall, the product is usable, but the poor build quality and lack of proper quality checks make it difficult to recommend. You really do get what you pay for.
