I really love the ease of using this item. It makes the best ice cream I believe I've ever had and is so much healthier than the ice cream you buy in a grocery store. I like this machine so much that I bought two more and gave them as gifts. The only thing I'm not happy with is that you can't buy a 2nd freezer bowl separately to make two flavors on the same day. I really think additional bowls should be sold!!

My Go-To Vanilla Ice Cream Since the manual is a bit lacking, here is the recipe I’ve had great success with: Ingredients: - 180g Whole Milk (about 3/4 cup) - 400g Heavy Whipping Cream (about 1 2/3 cups) - 90g Sugar (about 1/2 cup) - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - 1 pinch Salt Method: Whisk until the sugar is dissolved, add whipping cream last, set timer to 25 minutes FIRST, then turn on mixer to speed 1, THEN pour into the pre-frozen 1.8 Qt bowl. You want the mixer going before you add it to the frozen bowl so it doesn't freeze on contact. For the priceless machine is excellent. I meet ice cream with my granddaughter. You combine more expensive machine that you don't have to leave the bowl in the freezer, but it really doesn't hurt.Just to put the bowl in the freezer, it turns out great!

It's great as a ice maker as a mixer. I made different kinds of ice cream, also wrapped cream and kneading pastry. It's easy to use and good quality.

I haven't had it but about 2 weeks but it's excellent it makes my ice cream in about 23 to 24 minutes I use about 16 oz of raw cow cream with about six raw egg yolks put it in the ice cream maker and about 23 minutes later it's ready it's awesome healthy too
