My Go-To Vanilla Ice Cream Since the manual is a bit lacking, here is the recipe I’ve had great success with: Ingredients: - 180g Whole Milk (about 3/4 cup) - 400g Heavy Whipping Cream (about 1 2/3 cups) - 90g Sugar (about 1/2 cup) - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - 1 pinch Salt Method: Whisk until the sugar is dissolved, add whipping cream last, set timer to 25 minutes FIRST, then turn on mixer to speed 1, THEN pour into the pre-frozen 1.8 Qt bowl.
