This was very easy to set up and had a great amount of space underneath. Unfortunately, we bought it to use as a rain cover for cutting lumber and we set it up the day before a wet, west coast snowfall. It did not stand up to the weight of the snow (honestly there wasn't all that much snow, but it was a very wet, heavy snow). We've purchased another that we will only use in the rain and we'll take it down for wind or snow.

Good item for the price. Our first tent came damaged, but VEVOR sent another at no extra cost. Very happy with our purchase

Canopy quality a little on the light side. The frame is solid. Very easy to use and store. Sand bags are a good addition.

Great size and worked perfectly for what we needed until a gust of wind blew came and basically blew it over (yes we had our sand bag weights on them), and it bent one of our legs.

Overall it's a good tent for the price. When it came it had a dent in one leg that didn't effect how it worked. One of the feet broke in half the first time I set it up.

Bought this July 2025 to use for 3 fall markets and is complete garbage. Difficult to get up, when clicking in the top supports the pegs that click in get stuck and twisted inside the pole and need to dig out with a pocket knife. Then opened for the first fall 2026 market and a roof pole snapped, then 2 more on the next market for a total of 3 poles snapped within 5 total uses. We have also been using tents for years so are aware of how to set up and take down properly. Contacted vevor for support but because its technically just past the 12 month warranty got zero support just "too bad, past the warranty date". Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Spend the money and get a Crown Shades tent. We have a 10x10 Crown Shades and the quality is amazing but decided to 'save' a few bucks and get this one for our 10x20 set up. Now have wasted $600.

A plastic piece broke the first time we set it up. Customer service was great about sending a replacement and new canopy since the exposed rough metal tore the fabric. Second time we were putting it up the metal cross bars tore and tent is now useless.

I purchased this 20 x 10 tent because it looked good and the price was great. Unfortunately, the quality is not good. I've now used it 5 times and each time, a different part breaks. I've had 3 cross-rails on the frame break, one of the feet break off, and one of the hooks on the canopy break off. I havent even used it in high winds. I ended purchasing a much better quality tent from a better brand. I will keep the canopy and the sidewalks but I will through out the frame because it is garbage. This purchase was a waste of money and Vevor products are normally good quality. I would avoid this tent at all costs and purchase something better.

I buy I think a lot of your products a great majority of them are what they say they are and I like the products. But your 10x20 popup canopy. And the addition warranty I purchased completely suck. I tried to file for replacement after the top ripped with a light wind. Never could get a response. So those type items in the future I will be very careful about purchasing. Your warranty is a joke!!!
