I buy I think a lot of your products a great majority of them are what they say they are and I like the products. But your 10x20 popup canopy. And the addition warranty I purchased completely suck. I tried to file for replacement after the top ripped with a light wind. Never could get a response. So those type items in the future I will be very careful about purchasing. Your warranty is a joke!!!

The fabric quality is not great and mine tore in a couple of places after one use. The carry bag also tore with moderate use just turning it and dragging it. The frame is lovely and light though and easy to pop up and down. I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the fabric and how delicate it is considering it will be used outside a lot and in harsh weather.

Pour le prix c'est tres cher..... Le tissus est très fin, le métal aussi, j'aurais plutôt vu ce type de produit en dessus de 100€ comparé d'autres. J'en ai commandé deux je vais essayer d'en renvoyer un car l'autre est déballé

So I bought this and first few months was amazing. It’s destroyed now after three years by part of it could also just be. I should’ve done a little bit of improvements with the nut and bolts that hold the joints together. I didn’t notice that we would be losing some of the nuts that are internal in the joint caps so my mistake was my son actually to my sons never really reminded me to either do Loctite on those nuts because they all backed out and structure started getting loose and every time we had an event it was already there, but was never improved. What is a very solid structure .

I was in a bind and needed a Pop up tent. I did not like the walls as the velcro straps were to short for the poles. I had other sides to use so used those. The last time I used it, a screw came loose. I replaced it and checked all screws in the frame and had to tighten a few. Overall I used it 8 times last year. It is ok for the price.

Commande reçu mais avec deux jours de retard.... Merci à DPD qui avait perdu le colis !!! Toujours des problèmes avec ce livreur... Aucun suivi du colis donc aucune information , ils ne préviennent pas quand ils passent donc forcément vous n'êtes pas chez vous... Sur le produit en lui-même un peu déçu car une reprise de couture sur le toit fait qu'il y a des trous sur toute une longueur et encore je n'ai pas regardé partout, du coup fuite à l'intérieur quand il pleut. Sinon dans l'ensemble le produit est pas trop mal.

During the summer I was looking to expand my space outside. This outdoor tent provided me with the opportunity to stay out of the sun, rain, and wind. The height inside the tent was bigger than I expected. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the material used for the roof and sides. I was expecting a thicker heavy almost cotton type like the yurts are made of. I am providing the score doc to quality as my tent was destroyed in the Hurrican during Sept of 2024 in South Carolina. THe wind just ate through the thin materials. Great metal structure but poor tarp material for roof and sides. I'll either have to sell the metal frame or build a new tarp system as the original was destroyed.

When I first opened the canopy there was a large defect(rip/tear 18inches) possibly compromising the waterproof capability. I haven’t used it yet so fingers crossed it is only a cosmetic issue and not affecting the waterproof ability. I reached out for a refund/replacement and they responded very quickly and offered me a partial refund which I accepted.

I needed a cheap tent quickly and that's what I got. It works, but the canopy doesn't lock into place . If it rains it folds in on itself. The fabric is incredibly thin and will probably not last for very long. I am still happy to have it, it just needs some modifications.

La tente ne fait pas 3m, mais 2m93 Les structures sont assez lourdes Sinon ça va. J’ai conseillé à des gens de l’acheter vu son prix. Rapport qualité prix excellent
