I bought this back in January and I was so looking forward to using it this weekend but what a disappointment it turned out to be for my very first time using it. One of the legs was so twisted in the netting that when I went to open it, one of the rods nearly took my head off. It whipped out so fast that it tore the netting (18" tear) .. I'm so disappointed, and the worst part is it leaks everywhere. I don't know what to say. I have spoken to a couple of people who have the same gazebo and they said their's were so easy to setup. They said mine was clearly defective. Because I bought it six months ago I doubt there is anything they will do about it.

I like it , but it comes with stakes and rope but the tent has nowhere to tie to. Just used it and it got blown over and ripped. Total bad design. No loops at top or bottom. Ridiculous not to have and tie points.

I really love this shelter but it did not last. I used it 2 times in one year and the roof started to leak. I only used it once in the rain. The thing that I am most upset about is the treatment I received from the company when I contacted them about the pin holes in the roof. I ordered it on June 7th, 2025 and I contacted them on July 4th, 2026. I use once during the summer in 2025 and once in 2026. It was stored in its original bag. We and my husband are both retired and we gave never had small kids or pets inside the shelter. It should never have leak. For the price we paid for it, I am very disappointed, especially after I raved about it to my family and friends and now I have to tell them that I was completely wrong about this shelter and about this company.

Mir wurde ein defektes Zelt geliefert das Netz hat ein Brandloch ich habe das sofort reklamiert aber habe keine Antwort erhalten wie der Fall jetzt weitergeht da ich mit Klarna bezahlt habe habe ich dort Käuferschutz beantragt und hoffe der Fall wird für meinen Gunsten entschieden denn das kann ja wohl nicht sein bei Reklamation bekommt man hier einfach keine eindeutige Antwort mehr nur eine Gegenfrage ob das Paket auch kaputt war das ist sehr enttäuschend

Shipping was fast that’s the only good thing about this transaction. Shelter arrived and took it camping Went to set it up after many attempts to get it we found out it was missing a support bar. Asked for a refund and I got that VEVOR will ship the missing part. Not happy with the purchase or the customer service provided

Article très décevant nous l’avons monté dans notre jardin installé avec tous les cordages prévu à sa bonne fonctionnalité de celui ci. Juste n mode moustiquaire d’ailleurs heureusement car il y a eu un coup de vent de l’ordre de 40/45 kilomètres heures. Celui-ci c’est retourné 3 barres ce sont décroché du toit plafond abîmé et une moustiquaire percée.

They sent the wrong size ; a 12x12 not the 10x10 I ordered. Then, they ask me to write a review This is the second thing me I have to give a zero, can’t they don’t allow, wonder why??? I purchased a wheelbarrow near two months ago and, what I received was 3 working wheels and one flat tire. VEVOR has asked me twice for the same information and, a third attempt to reach them: the message I got is they don’t understand my message. They’re losing a lot of business over replacing “1” wheel! Never purchase from this company. Real customer experience. Mick Note: I’m on an Apple platform and don’t subscribe to other apps that can change the format, for a high cost.

This product did not open completely. Several people struggle to get the roof of the tent to open. Never open. Image was already submitted. Still getting the run of rounds about the refund.

Terrible, came in the package inside out with holes in the screen and screws through fittings and netting..contacted Vevor customer service and have been getting a run around for 3 weeks. Do not buy this , they wont stand behind it when they do it wrong.

With a broken tent pole and holes in the mosquito web, and a support that just does not answer, i simply cannot give more than 1 star.
