This tent is a piece of junk. It had not stayed intact since the first day. I have used all tools provided to keep tent in place, along with hurricane straps and bricks. It just keeps moving, collapsing and ripping!!!!! Customer service at VEVOR is ridiculous!

25112300977322531787 I have not been able to write a review as we have not opened the box yet. The package was delivered by FedX to the wrong address. Now, it’s sitting in a on heated garage until we can open it. Question: if there’s any problem will we still have an option to review or get replacements if needed? FedX dropped that huge box off at a health care facility and we were fortunate they found us…not impressed! I would prefer to discuss this review in person on a phone so I know management is taking this report

I am unable to write a review because it is still packed in the original box. We will not be opening or using the Gazebo until mid May 2026, when the camping season starts. When that happens and its being used, I'll be able to write a review. thank you.

I give you one star because l'm very unhappy with your delivery company called CouriersPlease. I have never dealt with some useless people as them. No l have NOT received the gazebo, sorry l can't give you a good review.

Basically worked one time. Stick with the square sideed easy up style. The 6 sided is junk, one crack in the coupler, and it can't be used.

This has been one of the worst buying experience of our adult life. Never received the Screen Room to our home. When we asked questions about when it would arrive never received a real answer . Had to get with our Credit Card Company to dispute the charge. We will not use this company again. Never got a straight answer from any correspondence. Cannot answer survey questions due to never receiving product.

I paid $166 for an item I never received then never received my refund!!!

Gazebo was inside out when we opened it the first time and there are holes in the screen. Have to wonder if we got one somebody returned.

Very poor customer service,product arrived with manufacturer defect small hole in roof waited a day and customer service said I have to wait 3-4 business days for a service technician to respond back on how to assist me with my issues Simple fix is return the damaged one and send me a replacement
