I believe it was used it is dirty very disappointed was not put back in bag correctly had to remove poles to set up

Size, shape, setup and extra panels were all positives. Unfortunately after only a few setups the velcro tabs in the sides for attaching the extra panels have begun to pull away from the shelter and some have already come off. What we thought was going to be a solid, multi-year addition to ou camping gear will not likely make it thru this season. Disappointed and won't purchase again.

Mir wurde ein defektes Zelt geliefert das Netz hat ein Brandloch ich habe das sofort reklamiert aber habe keine Antwort erhalten wie der Fall jetzt weitergeht da ich mit Klarna bezahlt habe habe ich dort Käuferschutz beantragt und hoffe der Fall wird für meinen Gunsten entschieden denn das kann ja wohl nicht sein bei Reklamation bekommt man hier einfach keine eindeutige Antwort mehr nur eine Gegenfrage ob das Paket auch kaputt war das ist sehr enttäuschend

The frame has snapped off from its top connector while opening it. Now it does not stand securely. By looking at pictures it looks very beautiful and also sturdy. I didn’t expect this shelter to last long in $279 but in first use only it broke that is not good experience. I have seen similar shelters and they had good feedback from there owners but mine could be a defective piece. I have raised this with customer service waiting for them to respond. Hopefully they will send me new better piece or refund me.I might come back to change this if get new piece and after it’s use.

Finally had a chance to use this this past weekend, from the moment it came out of the bag something wasn’t right The corners were twisted and rods were not into the gazebo where they needed to be. Half of it was folded inside out, the other half seemed OK but like the canopy wasn’t attached correctly. I have a few of the gazelle gazebos, bought this, hoping to save some money on what seemed to be a good product It’s currently sitting in a dumpster somewhere in Corpus Christi, TX Absolutely do not waste your money on this, buy the gazelle gazebo you’ve already been looking at. Called into customer service and was told there’s nothing that could be done - would’ve had more fun lighting my $200 on fire than buying this

Article très décevant nous l’avons monté dans notre jardin installé avec tous les cordages prévu à sa bonne fonctionnalité de celui ci. Juste n mode moustiquaire d’ailleurs heureusement car il y a eu un coup de vent de l’ordre de 40/45 kilomètres heures. Celui-ci c’est retourné 3 barres ce sont décroché du toit plafond abîmé et une moustiquaire percée.

They sent the wrong size ; a 12x12 not the 10x10 I ordered. Then, they ask me to write a review This is the second thing me I have to give a zero, can’t they don’t allow, wonder why??? I purchased a wheelbarrow near two months ago and, what I received was 3 working wheels and one flat tire. VEVOR has asked me twice for the same information and, a third attempt to reach them: the message I got is they don’t understand my message. They’re losing a lot of business over replacing “1” wheel! Never purchase from this company. Real customer experience. Mick Note: I’m on an Apple platform and don’t subscribe to other apps that can change the format, for a high cost.

This product did not open completely. Several people struggle to get the roof of the tent to open. Never open. Image was already submitted. Still getting the run of rounds about the refund.

Terrible, came in the package inside out with holes in the screen and screws through fittings and netting..contacted Vevor customer service and have been getting a run around for 3 weeks. Do not buy this , they wont stand behind it when they do it wrong.
