Water resistance is a very loose term for this, it leaks from even the lightest sprinkler. The center posts bent on the first use. If you are looking for shade this is great, but don’t expect the minimal amount of protection from rain.

La structure est très bien mais le reste est très bas de gamme. Les toiles qui se déchirent très facilement, les cordelettes qui seffritent, les sacs se percent.... c'est une catastrophe.

I purchased his canopy expecting it to be ok in mild winds, sunny days, and light rain. Wrong... mild winds, sunshine - okay. however, a light rain came while we were indoors prepping food, and when we came outside, we witnessed the canopy collapsing right before our eyes. Apparently, the rain collects in pockets along the side of the tent and has no drain... the fabric is not tight enough to provide run-off, so water pools and pools until the weight of approximately 2 gallons (8 litres) causes catastrophic failure in the cross braces.

Bought this July 2025 to use for 3 fall markets and is complete garbage. Difficult to get up, when clicking in the top supports the pegs that click in get stuck and twisted inside the pole and need to dig out with a pocket knife. Then opened for the first fall 2026 market and a roof pole snapped, then 2 more on the next market for a total of 3 poles snapped within 5 total uses. We have also been using tents for years so are aware of how to set up and take down properly. Contacted vevor for support but because its technically just past the 12 month warranty got zero support just "too bad, past the warranty date". Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Spend the money and get a Crown Shades tent. We have a 10x10 Crown Shades and the quality is amazing but decided to 'save' a few bucks and get this one for our 10x20 set up. Now have wasted $600.

Really bad.!!! Brok Down, no Wind at all, skrues fall out, rod brakes. And no respons from VEVOR.! Not Even a year old, put up 3 times. 6 rods brok

This is the second canopy I have ordered from Vevor. Unfortunately, they do not have a good quality control. I received a product that appears to have been return to them and was then sent to me as new. It had small burn holes many spots that were scratched and weakened the material in the cover. I would like a replacement cover sent to me. If not, I will return and stop doing business with Vevor and will encourage others to do so.

A plastic piece broke the first time we set it up. Customer service was great about sending a replacement and new canopy since the exposed rough metal tore the fabric. Second time we were putting it up the metal cross bars tore and tent is now useless.
