CANOPY DID NOT HOLD UP OVER WINTER. WAS UP FOR 2 MONTHS. 🚫 THE FRAME SUPPORT POLES LET GO. DID NOT WITHSTAND WIND IN A PROTECTED AREA & WAS TIED DOWN SECURELY. 🚫 I LIKED THE HEAVY DUTY THICK CLEAR WALLS & TENT --.BUT SUPPORT FRAME POLES WEAK. -- wouldn't let me post photo --

The fabric has lasted only 6 months, not recommended

3 of the walls are all one piece, not 4 individual walls. That's not obvious from the listing. Inconvenient to use the 3 walls and limits flexible ways to use it. You're better off getting no walls, and buying them individually. It would be cheaper that way also.

Honestly it has been the worse experience ever. Canopy came damaged and vevor wouldn’t fix it. I had pictures of it right out of the box and they didn’t care. Also 2 of the Velcro straps ripped and it was missing two of them. I was offered a partial refund but it for sure is not worth the money or hassle. Vevor has no phone number and their email response takes forever.

This is my first purchase from this company. The commercial pop up tent came damaged. As soon as we opened the box you see that one of the poles has a dent in it I contact VEVOR through chat and explain everything, including sending pictures, after I’m finished the agent tells ask ne if I’m returning because the box was damaged!!!!!! I never said anything about he box. Very bad customer service.
