The quality of the structure is good and solid. I have used it maybe 4-5 times and the corner of the canopy is ripping g. The plastic in the sidewall windows have holes in the already just from being folded. You get what you pay for.

Uo the second use of this the canopy tore at a corner. It was well within warranty. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement canopy. They offered to credit my cc $25. Unsatisfied, I refused and once again asked for a replacement canopy. A new person took over the warranty claim and offered $75. Once again, I refused and once again I asked for a replacement canopy and that demanded that they honour the warranty. Once again the a new person took over. They offered $125. I again refused and demanded that replacement canopy. Finally, they admitted they couldn't provide one and then they fully refunded my purchase.

La struttura del gazebo è buona e stabile, è in ferro quindi più pesante di quelli In alluminio (25kg non sono da sottovalutare). Il tessuto è buono ma la plastificazione è delicata. È necessario rimuovere la copertura dapo ogni utilizzo perché lasciandola montata si lacera se pizzicata dalle aste che si ripiegano. Comunque fin qui è tutto gestibile. Quello che è il punto dolente sono le pareti che hanno due grandi difetti: A) Pezzo unico di 9 metri lineari di difficile montaggio e piegatura. B) La plastica trasparente con il freddo diventa cristallo e si rompe da sola. Per utilizzarla in inverno meglio tenerla preventivamente al caldo e in fase di posa trattarla con i guanti. Al primo utilizzo a -1°C si è rotta in 7 punti solo svolgendola o ripiegandola ...... Cmq assistenza vevor che ha capito la situazione ed ha rimediato.

Buon prodotto, facile da aprire e chiudere. Un po' pesante da trasportare. L'unico inconveniente che le pareti laterali per tre lati è in un pezzo unico e non separato quindi un po' ingombrante da gestire per i mercati.

The gazebo is quite cumbersome and arrived damaged. All but 1 of the plastic hook snaps for the top were broken and do not look like they are easily replaced as they are sewn in. Set up is quite ca bit to ask if you aren't 6' tall or you'll be moving a step stool constantly to attach the velco'd sides along the top. Add in to that the overwhelming weight. It's not something that can easily be done without help. In a pinch it works, and you get what you pay for...

Holes in canopy on one side

Product arrived and box was beat up bad. Side pole was dented but doesn't really affect anything. Sent pictures and asked if I keep it could they offer me enough to purchase a stiff drink! They gave me $20.00 refund...I did buy a stiff drink at the local water hole. It made it through it's first 40 mph winds with a down poor of rain. It did however start showing the seam strings after this at the peak in two places. Like the adjustability in hight though alot. If you are over six foot tall you might want to look for something else. I'm 5' 7" and everything clears my head. Glad I'm a short fella. Dont know if you can add commets later, if I can I'll let you know how those upper seams hold up.

Hello, we bought this tent for X-mas, and were very excited to set it up. Set-up was fairly easy, and the windows and door looked very exciting.. Sadly, looking at the tent closer we noticed damage in a few areas. the top of the tent has a nick, and light/water can easily get through. The front door panel has a decent finder sized hole that goes through the window area, and the carry bag, has a friction or damage hole as well. I have over ten years market experience, and have owned 5 tents during that time. Most of my tents were made in Canada by IMPACT canopies in BC. They are built much better, with thicker aircraft aluminum frames, and thicker GSM vinyl. They also cost more. So this tent was attractive because of the price and features. I was hoping to get a year out of this tent, but we are off to a bad start with the shipping damage. I have heard great things about VEVOUR, and there are many items here we can use for our business so I hope that we can resolve this in a way that keeps my pump for the brand going.

Bonjour à tous ,le plastique transparent est très fragile. Plusieurs déchirures au niveau du passage sur les poteaux. Les fermetures éclaires sont entrain de se découdre.....A revoir.
