Très déçu par mon achat de cette tonnelle Structure très légère et donc moins résistante Pourtant attaché au 4 coins et sardines mise elle n a pas tenu à du vent de 30/40 km/h De plus le côté de 9m en une partie n ai pas pratique aussi bien à monter que pour vouloir aérer Il devrait être précisé sur le site que c est une tonnelle jetable

Tonnelle livrée avec des petits trous et erreur sur la couleur. Impossible de vous joindre pour prévenir des non-conformités. Bref vous faites peur 😧

Incorrect item sent. Not able to return and was told to “ Due to the inconvenience caused by our misleading page.” We did receive a refund but this was the second tent brought. We will not be try again.

Honestly it has been the worse experience ever. Canopy came damaged and vevor wouldn’t fix it. I had pictures of it right out of the box and they didn’t care. Also 2 of the Velcro straps ripped and it was missing two of them. I was offered a partial refund but it for sure is not worth the money or hassle. Vevor has no phone number and their email response takes forever.
