I move trailers around a lot with a tractor. It was annoying to have several hitches each with different balls, drops/rises, etc. This single hitch I can use move all of my trailers and it is easily configurable. Also, it has a nice fit and finish. I will probably get another one.

The hitch is pretty nice. The only thing that I don’t like about it is the clearance where the ball adjusts up and down should have a tighter machined clearance. It is a little loose and lets there be a little slop making hitch noise when in use.

Bought this in aug 2026 For a looks it looks good I bought it cause I got a new truck with class v reciever so I needed a hitch I pull car trailers and heavy utility trailers But I tried returning it cause it has a lot of play meaning loose on the slide with only one bolt I was concerned of snapping bolt But they sent my bunch of bs question which I answered they wanted pictures of how it was loose how do you do that I took some trying to show Before I could upload them a couple days later VEVOR closed the request as solved I emailed back saying it wasn’t solved I got no reply So buyer be ware I won’t use it for heavy pulling 17k or heavier I just basically spent 150 for a boat anchor So I gave it a 2 star cause looks it looks heavy duty The customer service on this Was sad I learned a lesson

DO NOT BUY!!! Pin that holds the ball in sheared off!! trailer could have came off and killed someone. Been a week and no answer or refund from vevor! very disappointed

Seemed good out of the box. Does every thing they say it does. However, after pulling my 17ft boat to the lake there are deep grooves on the shank from the weight. Boat wt is about 2000 lbs. Dont think it'll last long. Was hoping for better quality, the metal is too soft. I would not trust it with a heavy load.

Vevor has some decent products but customer service SUCKS! This hitch was no good. There was tons of movement in it. Way to much. It wasn't safe to use. I had to purchase a better one. Tried to work with them for a refund. They want you to destroy the product, provide proof, and THEN they will refund. They wanted me to take the hitch to a metal scrap yard, take photos, and send proof that I scrapped it. Come on, just refund the bad hitch and we will move on. I have some cool stuff that I purchased from Vevor, but I am definitely going to be more careful what I purchase considering the crappy service. They definitely be losing some business because of this. 🤷‍♂️

Not happy the first time I used it the bolt that holds the ball in and when i unloaded my utv the trailer came up and put a big dent in my tailgate. Im sire the threads are bad on the hitch.

I will never buy anything from them again. The return policy sucks. I've been waiting four days for a reply

Great price, looks great, however it has too vertical play even with the 2 1/2 to 2 inch sleeve. I re-ordered a 2 1/2 inch inch and it works great. It only has maybe a 16th of an inch play and I am happy with that.

Item appears to be of good quality & price was nice. Ease of use is okay, you have to physically put on the 1 7/8 ball & remove one. The issue is service which is missing. I will admit that this not the only company that you can't call & talk to a person. Talking to a person is a lost service these days, live chat is not the same. I unfortunately misplaced some parts {2 locks). Therefore I choose email to contact them of my situation & maybe getting some replacements. As of now I am locked in one position of height & would have to cut the lock to change it. Also I do not have the the other lock to secure to the hitch. I realize I could purchase some type of other lock to secure the hitch on the truck. I believe it's been about 2 weeks from sending the email & I have not heard a word from vevor. Service is everything & I do not see it in this company. Vevor asked for a review on this item so I obliged.
