Item appears to be of good quality & price was nice. Ease of use is okay, you have to physically put on the 1 7/8 ball & remove one. The issue is service which is missing. I will admit that this not the only company that you can't call & talk to a person. Talking to a person is a lost service these days, live chat is not the same. I unfortunately misplaced some parts {2 locks). Therefore I choose email to contact them of my situation & maybe getting some replacements. As of now I am locked in one position of height & would have to cut the lock to change it. Also I do not have the the other lock to secure to the hitch. I realize I could purchase some type of other lock to secure the hitch on the truck. I believe it's been about 2 weeks from sending the email & I have not heard a word from vevor. Service is everything & I do not see it in this company. Vevor asked for a review on this item so I obliged.

the ball slides into the hitch. the fit is loose. a half inch bolt holds it in place. tightening the bolt will hold the ball to one side of the hitch mount. the mount is aluminum and the ball is steel. towing a heavy trailer will just continually rock the ball back and forth deforming the aluminum mount. it will not last long. this is a bad design. i am suprized by vevor to make a defective product like this. dont buy it. it is like having a standard ball and nut and just tightening the nut hand tight and then towing a heavy trailer. how is that going to work out??? bad. that is how. finally, i contacted vevor for a return and no response. wont be buying from vevor. too bad. liked most of their stuff
