For the price of one big brand commercial blender, you can purchase 5 of these. I bought two. One of them came perfect and the other was missing the rubber gasket that seals the lid to the pitcher but they are sending me the missing part. Other than that, they blend great and fast, crush ice no problem. They are great for making blended coffee drinks in my Cafe

Blew all my expectations away. I was looking for a professional blender and have purchased through Vevor for other products. Very versatile, and blends well is an understatement. If you're looking for a blender, that does it all for a third, the price, this is your blender. It's BIG, but exactly what I was looking for in a blender.

The blades need to set higher or something. It will chop a few times and then it's like it vapor locks every time, so the blades are not chopping the ice up

I want to love this product, but I have issues with the blender jug. I purchased my first unit and within 1 month, the bottom of the blender jug cracked. I bought the insurance, which didn't seem to matter, because when I tried to file a claim, vevor told me that they do not have a replacement part for the item, and to source it somewhere else.
So I bought an entirely new blender system, and within 1 month, the same thing happened. The bottom of the blender jar cracked again. Not sure what the deal is. I hand wash the blender jug, so it's not that. Very disappointed. I really wanted to love this item, but it leaks like a sieve. I would suggest purchasing a smaller unit, the xl blender jug seems to be an issue.
