I have had a total of 5 now I have 3 the shaft locks up but the motor is still strong I've returned 2 in the past now I have 2 more that need replacing in the meantime I've ordered another 1 because I need at least 2 at a time , all the motors are strong just need the shafts I've asked about replacement parts and they offered me $49.00 " I ONLY NEED THE SHAFTS "

Il prodotto si presenta bene , ma dopo un mese di utilizzo si è rotto e parlare con l assistenza risulta difficile . Ti dicono che ri rickntatteranno entro 48 ore ma non lo fanno .

You cannot trust the description of this item. You won't be making baby food with it. I got 12" one and 12" only refers to the want. The unit is so large and heavy it would take two hands and a lot of muscle to wield this product anywhere near something liquid. But that is not the worst part because the unit may perform just fine under the right circumstances. The worst part is there is not return policy because it comes from far, far away if you know what I mean. They are forcing me to keep it even though it has never been out of the box and I have no use for a unit this large. I was prepared to return it same day received. At 160.00 dollars, I cannot afford to just throw it away.

This blender is massive, and it still makes loud noises. Before purchasing anything from this website, please check the size, shape, or weight. The website’s exchange and refund process is cumbersome, and contacting customer service is a hassle. Their customer service is terrible; they don’t solve your problems and try to avoid them. This is my first time reviewing a product or service, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.

I would not recommend vevor products. I received a non working product and you can not get a hold of customer . They offer no customer service phone number — only email support. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, they finally suggested I return it through FedEx. I hired a shipping company to transport the heavy refrigerator to a FedEx location, only for FedEx to refuse it because they don’t handle large shipments. Vevor has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and money — do not buy from them.
