Gerät ist ok, leider gestaltet sich die Rücksendung bei diesen Shop schwierig. Wir werden dort nicht mehr kaufen.

Having to have parts replaced already. Also have to disassemble it to take pictures of the inside of the unit for replacement part is not for the common person. Luckly i am an electrician and can do it but still, hoping this doesn't keep happening. Will keep yall posted.

Would be nice to see inside dimensions. Customer service sucks. Good luck trying to exchange for one you will be happy with!

Allem voraus, die Kühlbox kühlt echt super, die Verarbeitung ist auch richtig gut, ich würde sie wieder kaufen. Wäre da nicht das kleine oder große ABER: In der Artikel Auswahl kann man „ Einzelne Temperaturregelung für zwei Zonen“ was für mich bedeutet das ich die beiden Zonen getrennt regeln kann also „Einzeln“ aber nein, dafür soll Mann „Zwei Zonen Regelung“ auswählen. Auch nach langem hin und her mit dem Kundenservice kam nur raus das ich die bestellte Ware erhalten habe und das kein reklamations Grund darstellt. Leider wollte die Service Dahme nicht auf mein anliegen eingehen und hat mir immer nur versichert und erklärt das ich das bestellte Produkt erhalten habe. Schade da hätte ich mir mehr Kulanz erhofft, weiß nicht ob ich nochmals bei Vevor bestellen werde…

FONCTIONNE BIEN mais déçu que chaque compartiment ne soit pas réglable individuellement. ce n est pas mis assez en évidence dans le descriptif le refroidissement du compartiment de droite dépend de la température du compartiment principale. par exemple quand il fait 5degrés dans le compartiment de gauche il fait 15 degrés dans celui de droite. donc on ne conserve des produits à 15degrés. j en ai besoin pour les jours à venir ,je vais donc la garder mais sinon je l aurais retourner

It cannot work as advetiesed as 2 colling boks one freeze and a littel cooling not reversed . So not as cooling box both section. It shows it can And recived a broken box . A lot off discussion to get my money back . They try to give you a little discount.

Dacht dat het kleine vak het vriesvak is. Dit blijkt niet zo te zijn, je kan met de temp van het grote vak de temp van het kleine vak ‘regelen’. Zet je het grote vak op -2 dan word het kleine vak 9 tot 10 graden, vind het jammer. Prijs was goed, en geluid en wartme ook goed. Als ik het kon ruilen dan zou ik dat gedaan hebben.

BYER BEWARE I received this product right on time and with out any signs of damage to the packaging. Looked great! Read the entire direction book. Plugged it in and turned it on and NOTHING... it did not turn on. So I read the directions again. Still did not work. This was the beginning of a hellish journey with this company. They DO NOT HAVE TECH SUPPORT OR A PHONE NUMBER WHERE SOMEONE ANSWERS. I connected with them via chat requesting to talk to someone to be sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. They said they don't do phone support nor did they offer tech support via chat. They asked me to send them Video and Photos of the product. I did that three times and each time I requested return instructions. They still have not provided me with the return instructions. The last email back said they would review this and get back to me in 2 business days. Clearly they don't give a darn about there customers. This is the wave of the future people especially with AI becoming the norm. The only way to stop it is to BOYCOTT companies that don't stand by there products by providing a phone number with a real person. BTW I've done business with this company in the past. They had a phone number and people to talk to in 2023.
