this product has not worked since receiving it, and vevor customer services non existent at best and actual scamming criminals at worst. they won't exchange or refund, after weeks of trying I have up and settled for a partial refund of about 25% of what I paid. stay away from vevor at all costs, this is by far the worst retail company I have ever engaged with, their products are defective and garbage and their refusal to provide even basic customer service of any kind is alarming.

C'est un petit frigo de voiture pour un petit prix: exactement c'est ce que je cherchais, mais je suis un peu déçu quand même. La température est réglable entre +20 et -20 ... mais elle n'est pas stable: j'ai vu des fluctuations de 4° et ceci dans mon appartement, branché sur secteur. Dans la voiture c'est pire. La température affichée sur l'écran ne reflète pas non plus la température du contenu. Avec une température affiché de -10° mes glaces devraient être gelées, elles étaient fondantes. Aussi: ce frigo n'est pas assez isolé, sans courant ( p.e.: voiture à l'arrêt sur un parking) le température à l'intérieur monte trop vite.

Très déçu, la partie petite partie ne refroidit pas. Avec 30° à l'extérieur, quand le grand compartiment est réglé sur 4°, le petit est à 16°. Il n'est pas possible de régler le petit compartiment Pour descendre la température dans le petit il faut congeler dans le grand...

I am dissapointed of temperature settings. The smaller zone have higher temperature, than the bigger zone. The difference of temperature are to big in this case. I would offer to think about it for producer. For example, if to keep temperature +5 in big zone for majority product like drinks and meet, then the smaller zone will keep temperature around +16 C. I would think, this small zone should be used for freezed product like frozen ice cubes or small amount of frozen meet like is in the normal standard refrizerators.

First road trip and we constantly have to check this cooler by app as it tends to shut down giving and E3 after awhile making it a pain in the neck when you traveling far in a car. Havent got 1 perfect day of use yet. Not happy

Although the appliance is attractive, it leaves much to be desired in terms of advertised efficiency and takes a long time to reach any desired temperature. The internal volume is also quite small. Disappointing...

Bonjour un seul des deux compartiments fonctionne. Le plus petit est toujours à température ambiante malgré que nous changions la température et que sur l application il revient systématiquement à 0 degrés Celsius mais en réalité il reste à température ambiante … quelqu un pourrait il m aider ?

Le produit est arrivé cassé... il m à fallu discuter pour finalement accepter un remboursement partiel ... Le produit est livré sans le cordon 220 v Et de plus il ne tient pas le froid très longtemps Met plus d une demi heure à refroidir Pas content du tout Je ne recommande pas

The description says refrigerator freezer. But it is not a freezer! Lowest it goes to is 21 degrees. And the interior is way smaller than pictured. I tested it out with 2 frozen water bottles which ended up icing down, so it won't hold frozen items like ice cream as described in their description photos. I added cold sandwiches I premade and the temp went from 21 to 39 degrees and took another 8-9 hours before it got back down to 21 degrees, then it was fluctuating from there up and down. This I thought was a smart idea and space wise more useful for me. But it doesn't work as described in pictures and description. I love Vevor brand, but this was a flop for me, and not to mention I've been going back and forth with emails for 2 weeks complaining about this portable fridge/freezer repeating myself. Still no answer what they can do about my purchase.
