I purchased the VEVOR Commercial Merchandiser Refrigerator (9.7 Cu.Ft / 275L) at the end of April 2025, based on a previous good experience with the exact same model. Unfortunately, this new unit was defective from the start — even at MAX setting, it only holds at around 60°F, making it useless for storing beverages. I provided photos, videos, and detailed explanations, and repeatedly compared it to my older identical unit, which works perfectly under the same conditions. Despite being well within the 1-year warranty, Vevor refused to exchange or refund the unit. Instead, they offered only a $95 “compensation” or told me to find a local repair shop myself — which is not how warranty service should work. Their customer support gave me endless repetitive responses and eventually closed my ticket without resolving the issue. This is completely unacceptable for a company that sells commercial appliances. Verdict: Poor product quality control and even worse after-sales support. Be warned — if something goes wrong, Vevor will not stand behind their warranty.

Always breaks within one year of purchase.
