I’m very disappointed. Didn’t work the first day I used. Was sent long email to trouble shoot. Still didn’t work. Was sent email that it needs to be repaired. I replied asking for a refund and label to return the item. Still haven’t heard response. Very disappointed.

The Good: Solid Cooling Performance As a fridge and freezer, this unit actually does its job well Noise Level: Impressively silent. You can easily sleep in a van or car with this running nearby without being disturbed. Portability: The 20L size is the "sweet spot" for solo trips or weekend getaways. The Bad: Connectivity & Tech Support This is where the experience falls apart. If you are buying this specifically for the Bluetooth/App control, look elsewhere. Bluetooth Issues: Despite following all instructions, the unit simply refuses to connect to the app. Poor Customer Support: I opened a support ticket to resolve the connectivity issue, but the response was underwhelming. There seems to be a "sold and forgotten" mentality; once they have your money, they aren't interested in troubleshooting technical glitches or software bugs.

The fridge works and looks nice but i can not connect to the app and the manual is outdated since the app looks different now. Got in contact with support which will hopefully get back to me shortly

J'ai attendu mon nouveau thermomètre communiquant avec sa base par bluetooth pour vérifier les résultats précédents. Elle consomme bien 44 W. Les caractéristiques de cette glacière indiquées sur le site sont entre autres -20°C et c'est pour cette raison que je l'avais choisie. Son écran indique bien la température mais n'atteint jamais cette température (contrôlée avec 2 autres thermomètres). Tests réalisés dans une pièce à 19°C. J'imagine en été dehors. Avec sa prise allume cigare, elle accuse 1 degré de moins soit une température de -17°C. Elle met plus d'une heure et demie pour atteindre cette température. Cependant, elle descend à -18°C, ce qui est déjà très bien pour conserver des glaces pour quelques heures. C'est par conséquent, une bonne glacière compte tenu de son prix. J'aurais souhaité néanmoins qu'elle atteigne les -20°C pour plus de sécurité et pour mon projet.

The box itself is nice, it cools down as it should and the price is nice. However: the connection cable is completely worthless, the cable is unnecesarily long and combined with the fact that the cable area are way to small does this cause a very hight power loss in the cable and makes it impossible to use the box on maximum power under low battery conditions, the voltage drop is way too high. This makes the battery last significantly shorter than it should. It works ok if you plug it in a car that is running, the voltage is then high enough for the box to work as intended, but if you want to run it from just from a 12V lead-acid battery should you never run it in anything else but "eco" aka "low power" mode. It works better using 24V since the current is lower an the voltage drop less significant. A proper cable area on the connector cable would have fixed this easily and it would not really need to be 3m long for most uses. If not for the poor cable would this have gotten a much higher rating. The actual quality except the cable is of course as usual too early to say anything about when doing those kinds of review, that is for time to tell...

Really nice unit, works well, freezer very fast, I am returning it as the lid does not fit correcaly and so cold air is not sealed in. Will order another, hopefully the lid fits ok!
